While staying at an AirBnb in Arundel Maine, we were searching for a good breakfast place. We chose to try Mike’s Diner. I had the Poached Eggs over Corned Beef Hash. My friends had Blueberry Pancakes & Bacon & Eggs. Everything was delicious and prepared perfectly. The service was great, we didn’t get the red haired lady’s name. She was very polite and professional. For a great breakfast, head to Mike’s Diner.

We’ve driven by Mike’s American Diner a few times, and finally gave it a go. My only regret? Not stopping by sooner.

The portions here are massive, and the prices are super fair. It’s rare to find breakfast spots these days that don’t skimp on food, and we left brunch full and happy. We both went for the chicken and biscuits, added eggs on top ($2.75 extra), and it was even better than expected. Two big, juicy chicken breasts, one deliciously flaky biscuit (sliced in half), all blanketed in this unreal gravy — easily a 10/10. I have no idea how I’m going to order anything else next time. We also shared their French toast muffin, which came grilled with a side of butter. It was just divine.

Parking’s easy too, with lots of spots out front and in the back. Service was friendly, and they kept our coffee and water topped up. If you’re looking for a hearty breakfast under 30 minutes from Portland, this spot is a win.

Had a late breakfast which was excellent. I had eggs, toast and hash browns. Best hash browns ever. Get the raisin toast! Best ever. Wife and daughter had garden breakfast sandwiches and son had Mexican cheese omlet. Everything was yummy. And Trish was an awesome server. Highly recommend. Worth any wait.

We are visiting from Connecticut me and 3 sisters, and we stopped for dinner, we were so surprised, our meals were very and delious, two of us had Yankee Pot roast and liver and onion. The best part wasn’t only the food it was a gentleman named Mike, so very talented and well spoken. He never missed a trick, even watched as we needed boxes we didn’t need to ask it was brought to us.
He sure can handle the whole place by himself. Excellent job and place to visit.
We are back for breakfast this a.m.

Brunch here was super! DELICIOUS food, good quality ingredients, no wait time on a Saturday, and our server was extremely kind. The portions were also perfect. I can’t wait to be back to try more!

Very clean restaurant, you can see into the kitchen and it was clean as well. Our server, Deb, was awesome! You should ask for Deb she gave us the best service we have ever had. The food was five stars. I had the Irish Benedict, and my wife had the special, Haddock Benedict. Both were excellent! We also tried the Lemon Ricotta pancake. And a French Toast muffin. WOW They both were amazing! We will definitely be back! The pictures are not quite right, it was so good that we had already eaten about half of it before I remembered to take pictures. LOL

Pretty simple pretty basic, scrambled eggs wheat toast without them being deep fried, completely unacceptable furthermore, they wouldn’t grill my home fries as requested simple request all I wanted was food prepared the way the customer requested. Breakfast should not cost$11 for the simple basics

We stopped in for lunch, our first time there and everything was awesome, from the food to the service, glad we got there a little early because within a half hr or so there was a line of people waiting for tables to open up! Worth the wait if there is a line, we will definitely be going again. I had the cheeseburger and fries and my husband had the Reuben, both filling and delicious along with chocolate milkshakes
