Went to Golden Corral in Mishawaka, Indiana with some friends today! Food was excellent, so many choices to pick from plus an amazing desert selection! Service was top notch, drinks are brought to you and always kept full. Management was very friendly and started conversations with many people making sure they were satisfied with their experience. They have a Thanksgiving special starting on November 3, 2025, online ordering only and only at the Mishawaka location. $139- gets you a whole turkey, 2 sides, yeast rolls, cookies whole pie and free stuffing !

The grilled meat was excellent, most of the food was freshly prepared. I know they always change the food and it’s always fresh, but it seems they’re making an effort to change it more frequently, which makes the flavor and freshness noticeable. I was very pleased, but they need to improve the service from the waiters. They’re understaffed, which is why they take too long to serve you, and some of them are very inattentive and bad-tempered.

The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Giant peices of food on the ground, some smeared into carpet from being walked on.
The counters with food didnt appear to be wiped down. Food mixed in with other dishes, messes in between each dish.
Floor messy and even worse where the workers were.
I have been visiting buffets for a long time but have never seen such a disaster as I did this past weekend.
It didnt appear that any worker even cared or noticed how bad it actually was. Visit began by being seated at a table that hadn’t been cleaned up properly. Tea was bitter and couldn’t be drunk, pop was flat. Haven’t had issues with drinks ever but wasn’t surprised as the neglect of this location seemed to reach each area.
Very sad visit.

The food was so fresh and so hot! Delicious! Staff was amazing we didn’t even have to ask for refills she was right on it! I wish you’d come back to the Northeast Pennsylvania area!! We miss you!

If you like buffets, Mishawaka keeps their Golden Corral on point. Staff is friendly and attentive. It is a busy run around getting your food so don’t act shy. Get in where you fit in… grab a plate, make your selection and get out of the way for the next one. Huge variety of foods with great flavor.

If I could give zero stars I would! I write a lot of reviews. Mostly because I had a good experience. The service is never good here, I know that and expect it. I only go for the salad bar. The food is highly processed and not good but I like being able to create my own salad. To begin with, they were out of several items they usually have, including my faborite salad dressing. Today halfway through my salad I found a very long black hair intertwined with more hair and what looked like lint. Asked to speak with a manager. I’m a manager in the service industry and I know they can’t fix what they don’t know. Thought it would be better to have someone understanding tell them than a very irate customer. The manager was very unprofessional. She came up to my table wearing a coat and carrying a bowl of spring mix salad. She never apologized! She looks at the hair and said “I can tell you that didn’t come from the salad.” Wait, I just told you it did! She then told me when people walk by the food line “sometimes things blow into it.” I didn’t ask for excuses! There is long black hair in my salad and I have short gray hair! Her fix was to tell the server to get me new silverware! I told her I didn’t want new silverware that I was done because that was very unappetizing. Then she just walked away from my table without another word! I put my coat on and left expecting to see her doing a quality line check at the very least to make sure this was a fluke. Nope! She was nowhere to be seen. In my restaurant the guest would have never paid for their meal and would have been given a card for something for free on their next visit to give us a chance to do better. The conversation should have started and ended with an apology, not an excuse! I didn’t tell her to get a free meal, I told her so she would be aware and could look into it and fix it. I felt like she didn’t care. An apology would have helped!!

We came, we saw, we ate… Craig kept the glasses full and the table is clean while Bryson kept the steaks tender and juicy from the grill. What a great experience!! We would definitely come back.

The management flakes out and closes every time the weather has a little itty bit of snow. We live in Northern Indiana. This is nothing. Highly dissatisfied that for the second or third time this winter I’ve tried to come to dinner and they have let me down because of decisions to close. Maybe it’s time to find somewhere else to take my business because consistently letting your customers down isn’t conducive to building a loyal customer base.

Visited at 4 PM on a Saturday with my family. It was VERY busy and got busier close to 5. The food variety was okay but the meat selection could be better. The “server” had too many tables and was running around but still unable to keep up on drinks and grabbing plates. I’m unsure if I would return.
Update 6/9/24:
Visited on a Sunday at 9:15 AM for breakfast. Paid $38 for two kids under 8 and an adult. There was plenty of food but actual options were low (was hoping for turkey sausage, variety of potato dishes, egg dishes, etc). I honestly didn’t think it was worth it.
