Ordered the donut hole Halloween bucket at Halloween- once it was handed to me at the drive-thru I was told that I didn’t get the Halloween assortment bc they are out but I should come back tomorrow. I said I probably wouldn’t bc this was a special seasonal purchase for my kiddos. How many donut holes do we need in 24 hrs?! Then was “confronted” verbally by the drive thru lady after I handed her my card to pay she said rather boisterously + assertively, “You wanna leave a tip, right?!” I was so baffled at never having been asked verbally- brand new experience… I said “sure” and I never got to touch the pin pad to choose- the lady at the window just held it & said to herself & as a statement to me “18%!”… I drove away feeling I’d just been held up, essentially. Decided I won’t go back unless I have cash… but overall that I won’t be back to this location more than likely. It was inappropriate & extremely off-putting… I get that times are hard, I’ve worked all kinds of jobs- but to demand verbally a tip more as a statement of force than a question… no way will I put myself in that drive-thru again. I barely was awake to even process this verbal demand… bizarre, oddly admirable (albeit inappropriate) at the same time- like Erin Brockovich of Dunkin.

i just came up there for two vanilla cream donuts. the employees are so nice and welcoming. a girl answered the headset and was very sweet while i tried to make up my mind and to figure out what the donut i wanted was called. the dude in the drive through window was amazing, i mistakenly got the wrong donut and he was very apologetic and switched the items out. very nice establishment and great customer service i will be coming back.

Its a major disappointment when you drive across town to get breakfast from this location just to drive back across town to see that the food they put in the bag with your receipt was nothing that you ordered. A waist of one’s time and money all because people can’t pay attention to the food they are packing. This used to be the best dunkin location in town but it has quickly become the worst.

One of those places where they will leave your order to the side done and not call your name while ignoring you at the counter…I had to basically grab my food behind the counter and they act like they didn’t know it was there even tho they prepared it. Service sucks hate employees like that . Just want you to sit inside waste your time until your coffee is cold.

I came through drive-through in the morning and I had ordered a small frozen coffee with whipped cream and at the end when I got my coffee I seen the sticker said just frozen coffee and it didn’t have any flavor so I let the employee know at the drive-thru that is there any caramel in here cause the sticker doesn’t say that and she says “oh yeah there is he just new change it out wrong”. I get home. I try my coffee taste like French vanilla did not have no caramel in it so I had to drive all the way back to tell them and the girl who told me that the boy was new had smirk on her face looking like ms. piggy. She shouldn’t be an employee if she doesn’t know how to do her job right

This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the state of FL always friendly always answer. The phone always have the orders ready on time in line. Please put whichever DM is over the store and help out the Clermont location because they need this.

They had several employees standing around but they cannot take your order. You have to do it yourself at the kiosk, however, the kiosk doesn’t list all the donuts that are available to buy from their display case. So you can’t even order them. Really stupid business model.
