This local bar and restaurant has the BEST daily specials! The past month I’ve stopped in on different days to try some. They were ALL good and inexpensive. The Specials Menu will eventually change, BUT as of this post, they have a wonderful $9.95 Monday Meatloaf and a Wednesday $10.95 Pork Chop special that are EXCELLENT!!! Delicious and large portion sizes. The Sunday $8.95 Spaghetti and meatballs and everyday $7.95 Chili w/corn bread are GOOD too. As I mentioned before, the menu does change, but I’ll know when because of downloading the Timbers app which gives updates. You also earn points with the Timbers app. This place has a laid back vibe and ALL of waitresses are very friendly here. Check it out for watching hockey and football too.

What an unbeleievable rip off this place is. I was upcharged $4 for ordering a drink on the rocks. When I got the check I asked why it said i was charged 4 extra dollars for a double when I didn’t order a double. Her explanation was that everywhere charges $4 more to get a shot on the rocks. Shenanigans. I would like to talk to the owner about this obvious rip off policy. The least she could have done was tell me when I ordered instead of springing it on me when I got the check. Dont go here, they are dishonest and take advantage of new patrons.

Tried Timbers for lunch and had a great couple of sandwiches. At noon it was very quiet, no cars in the front lot, when we went in we were greeted with hellos and smiles. Had Philly cheese steak and steak au jus sandwiches, they where XL! only ate half. I will definitely return. Watress ( Alyssa)? Invited us to join thier rewards club, which we did. Get 10% credits towards next time. Manager came over and made sure all was going well. We did not expect this type of service from a local casino / Tavern. The bar area can be smokey, they do have a big air system that helps. Lots of TVs to watch a game. Give them a try we where happy we did.

Went this past Sunday with my husband and some friends to the Timbers on Ft. Apache & Cheyenne to watch the game, food, drinks and to have fun only to find out that they are NOT airing of the football games. Isn’t this a sports bar? All was not lost, we went down the street to Steiner’s and had a great time! Now we know where to go to watch the games, eat, drink and play and have a good time.

This place is ok and cool inside but it’s just a bad location for a bar. Because, it’s usually dead inside and the only fun people to talk to are the bartenders and employees. But, not all are fun and others are sometimes busy so you have to go on a really dead night to get someone fun to talk to….but, it’s a bar and there’s supposed to be customers that are fun to talk to…I guess most of the other patrons are just real drinkers. I guess they picked being down the street from the police station, (which is also a cadet training location), to protect themselves. Smart on paper but probably the reason this place is dead every time I come in. Food is good.
