I saw a lot of negative reviews so I was very hesitant to order from here. Overall, my experience was positive. I ordered via the app for pickup and my order was ready when the tracker showed. It only took about 15/20 minutes from the time I placed my order. The employees were nice and courteous. I was in and out without much fuss. My food was hot and prepared correctly. No complaints.

50% discunt is a fake promotion. It means one pizza is divided into two pizzas. I put a lot of extras, and my pizzas were worse than a regualar ever before. Thiner and poor. I do not recommend Domino’s continue doing a false promotion unless they’re wanted to lose clients.

The employees ignored you ALL THE Times , short staff, NEVER ON time the tracker shows complete and you get there and the pizza is never ready. I ordered pizza today and prepaid tip. I was called by the driver and told that they had delivered the pizza. When I went to retrieve the pizza they stated that they delivered to the wrong address and that they would rectify the situation and sent the pizza to the right address. 1 hour later waiting for the pizza to arrive and I was called by the owner of the house that they delivered the pizza to and went to retrieve the pizza I paid delivery to only to find the pizza full of ants and obviously unable to eat at this point. So extremely disappointed. I called to cancel my order and was told that they would but yet still have not received a refund. Please save yourself the trouble and order from a more reputable location.

Best food delivery in A WHILE! I wish I could complain so I could get some free pizza, but everything was PERFECT. My order was still HOT when I got it, and Cesar was polite and very grateful for the 1 extra dollar I gave him for the delivery, on top of what I tipped in the website. We ordered a pizza at 9:30 pm. Paid $23 for pizza and delivery fora medium size pizza which seems like a robbery to begin with. 10:45 pm, pizza does not arrive even as rhe order showed as complete. We call the store, they “apologize” and say there was a misunderstanding, and they are sending a new pizza. 11;37 pm. 2 hours after we order. No pizza was delivered.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars on a review. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. My son loves Domino’s and we order (or should I say ordered) pretty frequently — for delivery.
Since this location opened a few months ago, we can no longer order (for delivery) from the one on 137th Avenue since this one is closer to us.
We have ordered from here 4 times and have had an issue every time. The first time it took almost 2 hours. The second time, it took 1.5 hours. The 3rd and 4th times I had to drive to the store because our order never arrived. And they have the rudest, most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. I would have no issue with the delivery time if they actually told you how long it was going to take but they tell you 30-45 minutes and then take more than twice as long — IF you actually get it.
Tried calling customer service and sending an email, and no on responded.
Domino’s has lost long-time customers because we will NEVER order from this Domino’s again.

I ordered a pizza over two hours ago and still have not received it. I called an hour ago and after being hung up and the phone ringing for an eternity they finally answered and they told me 15 minutes….. that was a lie! My husband just drove to the location and our pizza was not even in the oven yet! As my husband is waiting for our order 3 other guys have walked into the location with the same issue as us!
I understand being busy and backed up but two hours and half and the order isn’t even in the oven is just unacceptable.

I’ve been very impressed with this Domino’s franchise. The pizza has a great taste, and service is consistently quick and accurate. What stands out most is their attention to detail: the toppings are plentiful, and they correctly follow customer requests, such as adding extra sauce. This location truly listens to the customer and fulfills the order perfectly. This is a significant improvement, and I highly recommend this as one of Miami’s best Domino’s
