Why didn’t I read the reviews before hand. Smh This use to be one of my favorite restaurants to eat but no longer. My daughter and I were sat in an isolated area away from other customers. When asked about out seat, we were told that seating is computerized. My daughter enjoyed her chicken ceaser salad. The rolls were good everything else was a miss. My steak was overcooked, baked potato was dry, salad was mostly stems, and the BBQ chicken had a slight freezer burn taste. (Maybe it was the sauce) The waiters seemed ok. Manager offered to re-seat us and send my food back but we were settled in and so disapointed by then; I appreciate the offer. No plans to revisit. I have dined at other steakhouses with much better service and food. I hope the customers’ feedback given encourages Roadhouse to take action. If not, just close this location already.

I ordered a medium rare steak I received a rare one. When I spoke with the manager Chris he didn’t not offer to bring me a new steak or even to take the steak off my bill he asked if I wanted the already charred steak to be put back on the grill. The wonderful server Shayla tried to ask on my behalf and the other manager Dina also denied me a new steak or to take the steak off the bill. Will definitely not be coming back. If you want a steak to be cooked right go to Outback or Longhorn. But if you do come here ask for sever Shayla she is great.

Apparently “family salad” now means the same portion as an individual salad ordered inside the restaurant. Good to know. On top of that, I received six tiny dipping sauces for a 24-count chicken tender order—so roughly one sauce per four tenders, if rationed carefully. Very generous. Between the misleading portions and lack of basic common sense, this was a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price.

Unfortunately, this was the worst dining experience we’ve had. We were a group of four with two children, and we all ordered 12 oz Ribeye steaks — three medium-well and one medium.
After a long wait, the medium-well steaks arrived completely well-done: dry and overcooked. The one steak ordered medium was even worse. I addressed the issue with the server, who agreed that the cook on the steaks was incorrect. She took mine back to the kitchen. Meanwhile, she forgot the mac and cheese for my daughter.
It took another 25 minutes before the server checked back in, and I was still without my meal. At this point, the manager stepped in and genuinely tried to resolve the situation, offering to remove my steak and the mac and cheese from the bill — and I appreciated the effort.
When my replacement steak finally arrived, it was medium-well instead of medium. It truly seemed that the kitchen is not equipped to properly cook steaks — which is surprising for a restaurant specializing in them.
We will not be returning. If you do decide to dine here and want your steak cooked properly, I would suggest ordering it much rarer than you actually want — and hope for the best.

I would not recommend this location. We traveled from out of town and decided to stop here before going home. It started out well. The wait for a table was not long and staff was friendly. The music playing was a little too loud almost have to shout to carry a conversation. The food took about 45 min for us to get it after the order was placed, but we were ok with that because we expected the food to be good and could excuse the other inconveniences. Unfortunately when the food arrived things just kept getting worse. I asked for medium cook on my steak. It was still “blue” when I got my plate. Blood pooling around my steak. I cut into the steak towards the very end and was to raw for my taste. I also got the Mac and cheese as the side. For a steakhouse that was the worst plain Mac and cheese I have ever had in my life. The noodle itself was bland and tasteless. The so called cheese sauce was so watery that is ran off the noodles and pooled in the bottom of the dish and also was tasteless and bland. I did call the server over after I cut into my steak to let her know it was undercooked. I immediately asked for her to take the steak off my bill because we waited way too long for the meal to come in the first place and I did not want to wait on a recook. We then had to wait about 15 to 20 min on the server to get the manager to remove my steak from the bill. During this time my husband and son also informed me there’s was under done as well but not quite as bad as mine. I should have called the manger over but was tired and had an hour and a half drive home so we just paid and left. If in concord area near the speedway I would not recommend this location.

This is by far the best Texas Roadhouse visit we have ever had. Arrived and got seated quickly, we already knew what we were going to order and literally had our food out within 10 minutes! Of course their rolls and butter are so good! I love their side salad and IMO they have the best croutons I’ve tasted. Love their loaded sweet potatoes too! And make sure when you go you ask for Alli she was the best waitress, checked on us continually to make sure all was good! I’m definitely stopping by again when I’m in the area.

I ordered food for my family to go. My daughters’ orders were fine. However, my burger, which I ordered medium WELL, was severely undercooked. I called the restaurant to see if they would rectify this by making another burger and cooking it to the appropriate temperature. They said they don’t “do that,” and instead a manager would be in touch with me “within a week” and I would get a “voucher” from said manager for the “inconvenience.” I have never visited a restaurant that couldn’t make things right in the moment. Now I’m hungry on top of being pissed.

Went for Valentines day, waitlisted 3 hours in advance, wait was still about 45 minutes once we got there but once we were in, everyone was in good spirits, food was pretty quick, and service was excellent. You could literally grab any server and theyd make sure your needs were met. Steak was cooked perfectly and everything was brought out how we asked. Only thing- music was pretty loud, I could barely hear my husband who was sitting right across from me. Other than that, pretty awesome and would eat here again!

It was fairly busy at this outlet. Angie was at the bar. I preferred sitting here instead of waiting for a table. She was very friendly, attentive, and very professional! The staff and managers were very upbeat and seemed to get along quite nicely! I ordered my meal and the rolls came out almost immediately. My entree came promptly and the steak was prepared just as I requested. Refills of both water and sweet tea were automatically topped off without requiring a request.The food was delicious, the ambiance was nice and not too loud, and the service from Angie was flawless! Thank you for an amazing dining experience!

I recently visited Texas Roadhouse after a 6-7 years, and I noticed significant changes. While the food was still good, despite some inconsistency in the cook of my steak, the service didn’t quite live up to my previous experience. The restaurant’s overall atmosphere and quality have clearly declined, particularly in terms of service. As always, I loved their buns, which got smaller too.
