Awful experience. We went around 5pm, so it was early for dinner but super late for lunch. … so why is the place already covered in trash and messy dishes? They clearly had been sitting there for hours.

There were flies in the cookie display. The college age male employee acknowledged them and admitted he had seen them for a while and “probably should toss the cookies”… DUH. I then watched the employee not toss the cookies but walk over and make drinks for another customer. GROSS.

Speaking of gross… you can see into the kitchen from the counter and the floor was covered in lettuce, giant crumbs and lots of black specks… just disgusting.

I ended up getting sick a few hours later after ordering the new French Dipper. Never again.

I ordered an ice latte and cinnamon roll. I asked for the roll to be warmed up and I was told they’re unable to do that but I can go microwave it myself. You serve hot food, why can’t you warm something up? And the best is then the system asks for a tip. A tip for you to say here, go heat up your own food. Geee thanks.

The reason for the two stars is because (after I heated up) the cinnamon roll was very good.

The vanilla latte syrup is simply not good. It almost has a burnt taste to it.

I don’t see how Panera is still in business.

I’ve been a customer for many years and the service and friendliness I received on 2/26 was notable and needs to be recognized. This young man’s name is Garfield. His manners and kindness are natural, we try to train hospitality, he comes with it! Great hire

This was my first time visiting a Panera Bread. It was a great experience, but it was just not my favorite. It was very crowded and noisy. The turkey sandwich was good, and my son loved the grilled cheese. He ended up ordering another! He also got a croissant that was pretty stale and hard. My other son got the Flatbread pizza and was not a fan. The service was quick, considering how busy it was.

Got a take out order. Definitely should have checked it before I left. I paid $8+ for a you pick two salad that was supposed to have avocado and this is what I got. My salad also didn’t have cherry tomatoes when the menu clearly had it on there. I’m vegetarian and took the chicken off and still paid full price, which is what it is but I was at least hoping for a decent looking avocado. I normally love me some Panera but this was awful.

I dropped by on my way to church for a quick bite. The cashier is so friendly and welcomed me with a big smile. I ordered the spinach bacon souffle and 3 pieces of creme brulee bites. Didn’t disappoint us. Yummm..

I usually order to go, but my husband and I dined in for a change. The food is always good and I was very happy to see their Autumn Squash soup back on the menu. If you haven’t tried this soup you must see what the hype is all about. Very delicious!

Conveniently located in the Mt Juliet Providence center, easily accessible and could spot in the moving traffic.
When we walked in for a dinner Friday night, there was less footprint. We ordered food from the kiosk – it was easy and smooth. The food came out quick and everything was right on the order.
Food quality was good, could have been better, though the place was less crowded there were unclean tables.
Would recommend dine in or takeout, hoping that they improve things as noted above.

I personally didn’t interact with him, but Kevin H the manager (I think) was SUPER nice and welcoming to everyone. This weekend was the ice storm where many lost power and many people were hunkered here. Thank you for your kindness Kevin.

Dirty tables, it’s self service or no service for the most part. The only service they do is make your food. Heaven forbid you ask for a to go box for what you didn’t eat to take home. They look at you like you’re asking for free food.
