It was nice to see that they brought the games back (yes, it’s been awhile since I’ve been here) but our food was NOT what we ordered. Everything- over salted, chicken and noodle soup- green? Corn bread and no biscuits- all biscuits. Waitress tried to make it right but I don’t think we’ll be back in awhile.

This place has the upgrade (apparently for a year) and it reeks of garbage. The place is NOT the classic, honey Cracker Barrel. It feels like I’m walking into Taco Bell.
The menu is weak and the attitude to my displeased comment was subtlety uncaring.
Masino needs to go, as well as her Taco Bell changes. This is the last time I’m walking into any Cracker Barrel until she’s gone.
My server was pleasant, the host seemed busy and slightly disturbed with my comment of the over white walls.
Overall, I’m not impressed, I’m disappointed. This isn’t the restaurant I fell in love with as a young person.
Maybe all the young hippies will like it?

Last night I had such a great experience at Cracker Barrel thanks to my server, Angel! She was an absolute sweetheart kind, attentive, and genuinely made me feel cared for after a long, tough day at work. My meal was exactly what I needed: perfectly cooked fried catfish, flavorful fried okra, tender meaty greens, and creamy mashed potatoes. Everything hit the spot! Angel’s service and the comfort food together made for such a wonderful end to my crazy day. Thank you, Angel, for going above and beyond!

This restaurant is in our neighborhood, so we already visit occasionally. Our visit today was great! Our server, Bri, was awesome. She suggested menu items that were delicious. She was friendly and funny. She was very attentive and professional.
It was only as we were leaving and asked her about a survey (my husband and I are give fans of great customer service) that she mentioned she was part of the management team. I hope she’s in charge of training all the servers how to treat customers!

It’s been 5 years since I’ve been back to a Cracker Barrel and was very excited to find one close to our hotel. So the menu has changed drastically from what I was once use to first slot more expensive but I can expect a small change in 5years but I noticed the meals I once got were gone and replaced with get this and this but have to buy side and buy another side that all use to come as one meal. Never knew they sold alchohol but one entire side of the menu was mixed drinks. NO More complementary bread baskets while you look at menu I asked about it and said no we stopped doing that but as a great server might do here comes the basket of biscuits no muffins anymore. Asked for their delicious molasses sorry we don’t carry that anymore. The serving size were embarrassing my hashbrown casserole was so small and no crisp then I remembered the menu you have to upgrade to special hashbrown casserole for 2 more dollars for crisp top cheese and bacon added. My mil came out in a paper quart like in elementary school. I caught a lady at the table next to us trying to take one of my bacon she said well sir you have so many, yes because I ordered double bacon. Finally the lobby has changed as well in items they used to carry. Foe my wife and I for breakfast it was 77$.

It was my first time ever having lunch at this restaurant. It’s usually a breakfast spot for me,and a coworker wanted the fried chicken . We wondered why it came out before the other orders at the table. We were informed that the chicken is not made to order. That is a preference for me. However, it was enjoyed, but the meatloaf was questionable and sent back. I enjoyed the catfish dinner and I’ll stick with that!!

Love this Cracker Barrel! The food was delicious and the prices are great. Also, such a cute little gift shop! Our waitress Rita was awesome and super sweet—she made the whole visit even better. Just a great restaurant all around!

The food was fine. However, the service was very inept. She brought us biscuits after reminding her twice, but brought no plates or napkins. My husband had to hunt down napkins. We sat for over 30 minutes waiting for soup and a salad. When she finally brought our soup, the order was wrong..she brought a cup instead of a bowl. Nor did our server check back to see if our food was okay or if we needed anything else.

Food is good of course. One of the white women (Christina is her name) working here was very rude and definitely did not want to be working today. I’m walking with my elderly parents and she’s just yelling excuse me rudely. Then she ends up being our waiter and come overs dry and super rude.
I get the manager (older black guy) and explain the situation to him and he seems very understanding then comes back and scolds me on there policies of the $20 mimosa. I wouldn’t come here unless you plan to be scolded 3 times back to back.
Clearly the customers are not respected and they don’t care about customer service just what you spend & tip. 2nd waiter was amazing & apparently he was informed of the situation and stated. He didn’t know what was going on with the other waiter and then proceeded to inform us on the id situation. Will R was amazing. Definitely recommend asking for him. He was perfect and definitely cares about his job.
