It’s very 50/50 with this McDonald’s, they can do everything right sometimes but then sometimes they give you less than what should be provided, forget to add what is asked for, and forget to take things off when asked. I asked for a large fry and got a large fry container but it was half empty. Another time I asked for a bacon burger deluxe with no pickles and no mustard but they failed to take those two things off, it’s very simple but they make it very hard.

So we just got off work and are very tired we went to this location to get some food and didn’t know they closed at 11…..we pulled in at 10:55 had no clue just knew Payton was very rude on the speaker she sounded super annoyed so we pulled around and found out they closed at 11…..we honestly had no idea but to be so rude is just not necessary we honestly didnt know but please don’t be rude we were not out here trying to make you work longer we were just hungry and tired…..

I’ve never had this happen as i’ve been doing uber for years, but I drove thirty minutes for a forty dollar order.The order still wasn’t ready by the time I got here and then they proceeded to take another thirty minutes and my customer canceled the order.And wasted an hour and a half of my life

mobile ordered and pre paid for my food through drive through, worker told me they were only taking doordash and wouldn’t let me get my food, told me id get refunded overnight. never got my refund on money or points, called the store and had no help whatsoever. ended up calling corporate and made a case number about getting my money back. corporate told me id get a call from the store owner about refunding my money but i still haven’t gotten a call or my money back. as someone who has also worked fast food for multiple years and understands the struggles with customers and late night stressors and rushes, this is a shitty way to handle situations like this. learn to manage your workers, money, and your customers better.

Be ready to wait well over a 45 minutes for one burger. Slowest service I’ve ever seen for a near empty line. Aside from hand grinding the meat back there themselves I cannot fathom what’s happening in that store. Lord save us. Once they have you pull forward you’re in purgatory and never returning.
