There was a customer after he made is order he went inside the kitchen and was walking around freely like it was ok. It’s a big health concern for allowing customers walk in the kitchen.
They gave me a burnt patty.
When contacted support they didn’t say any comments about the health concerns like it’s normal and they offered credit less than what the meal was worth. Homeless in the area.

This Burger King in Vine Hill maintained consistent operational standards. Product temperature remained within acceptable ranges, structural cohesion of the sandwich was stable, and fry crispness met baseline thresholds. Staff communication was functional. A predictable, procedurally sound fast-food experience with no deviations.

Been many years since I went to Burger King. I got that new burger with straw onions, bacon, & onion rings. My new go to meal now.

5/30/23 updated review: stopped for another Whopper. Had fast, friendly service by Sam! Said HI to Jason! This location is friendly, helpful, fast, and puts out great Burger King food!
I had a Great experience at this Burger King! Jason was working the front counter and taking orders. He’s absolutely fantastic! My party had a $5 meal, Texas Whopper, and double burger. The $5 meal had a bacon burger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries & drink. Everything was prepared so well! Ok, why the 3 stars for atmosphere? This location is adjacent to a gas station. But, hey! We’ll be back for another one of their Whoppers!

The service is bad had to remind employees that this is not all my order. The guy got smart with me asking why I came up to counter and he was told the rest of order is back here. The burgers looked bad few fries in my fry container they barely filled up fries and the burgers were cold from sitting separately on the counter. Lettuce looked rotten. Nothing like the photos. I gave up on this location for years and thought maybe it has been fixed…update it has not. I just can not return to this location again. I love bk. It’s my favorite fastfood restaurant but this location has made me so dissatisfied I think I am starting to hate burger king
