I ordered the cantina chicken crispy tacos and they gave me “tacos” that were uncooked shells, no chicken on the inside, and had shredded cheese jusy thrown in the wrapper (see photos to compare). These weren’t just “crunchy”, I’m almost positive this is just a raw shell.
I have also ordered these from other locations and they’ve been just fine.
I have no idea why the current workers would even give this to a paying customer. I contacted customer service as well and they tried to give me a coupon instead of a refund. Just bad service all around. I won’t come back to this location.

Waited 30 min in the drive through just to get acknowledged, decided not to order. It took another 45 mins to get through. Had to sit in line because there’s no other way out.

My experience at this newly renovated Taco Bell was so poor that I ended up going to another Taco Bell down the street to finish my meal. The tacos were little more than empty shells. The wait was long and my food was not hot when I got it, maybe due to the long wait. My Mexican pizza was not bad but had sat for so long that it was soggy when I got it. I did not bother calling the restaurant because there were only a few people working it. I just went to the other location and got the food fresh and hot with very little wait.

Worst Taco Bell Experience Ever!”
I don’t know what happened at this Taco Bell, but it was like walking into a fast food horror show. First off, the place smelled like a mix of burnt tortillas and regret. I thought I was going to get a delicious Taco Bell experience, but what I got was the sad, cold remains of what might have once been food. My taco was a soggy mess, as if it had been dipped in a pool of regret. The meat? It tasted like it had been sitting out since the last time they “cleaned” the grill—months ago.
The service? Don’t even get me started. I felt like I was being judged by the cashier, who probably wanted to tell me I made the worst decision of my life by coming here. When I asked for mild sauce, they gave me hot sauce. I don’t know if they were testing me or just messing with me at this point.
I don’t even want to talk about the nachos. Let’s just say, I’ve seen more chips in a 1-star bag of snacks than I got in that bowl.
Overall, this Taco Bell is the stuff of nightmares. If you’re craving Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and drive past this one. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. I’m still recovering.

40 mins for one stacker…We had to fight tooth and nail over forgotten food that was clearly on the receipt, we were given a horrible attitude and to top it all off we still didn’t get all our food because we decided that it just wasn’t worth it to give them over an hour of our time for cold food. Literally robbery. And above all else they’re unsanitary, it’s not clean at all and their own store manager reuses the same gloves she makes everyone’s food with, with the time we’ve spent being there we watched her touch every surface possible and tap on her phone with the same pair of gloves on, absolutely disgusting. If I wasn’t broke and didn’t have a family to feed I would never go here but unfortunately I’m out of luck…Also locking their door during lunch time just so they can exclusively get drive through orders for extra lee way to slack off is highly unprofessional and honestly pathetic. Do better.

Bad service ever! The man in the drive thru is so rude and I order 10 tacos they just put 8 in my bag, when I go to ask for my two tacos they’re mad. They don’t do a good job! BAD SERVICE
