The service sucks so freaking much here it’s actually hilarious. Waited at the drive thru for 10 mins and no one helped us so we drive to the window and employees are walking around seeing us but give us zero acknowledgment. Y’all need better employees.

Gotta love DQ! For those foodie craves! Food is great, especially those blizzard treats! But you know what ruins it. A horrible rude staff, you can tell their unprofessional customer service attitude. Almost got charged for someone else’s order, and when I corrected her, that wasn’t mine she got all mad and rudely asked what my order was then. The whole staff is very unorganized they were all yelling at each other. Handed our blizzards very rudely through the window.
