When I questioned him about it, Ryan became visibly upset and frustrated. As he walked away, he called me “sassy” in a disrespectful manner and dismissed the situation instead of attempting to correct the drink or provide proper customer service.
What was even more concerning was that when I returned the drink from outside, Ryan took the drink that had already left the store and poured it back into the machine. This is extremely concerning and appears to be a serious health and safety violation. Drinks that have already left the building and been in a customer’s possession should never be poured back into a machine used to prepare beverages for other customers.
I then asked to speak with the manager, Brenda, hoping the situation could be resolved professionally. Unfortunately, her response was even more unacceptable. She was rude and dismissive, and instead of addressing the issue, she told me that if I contacted corporate they would not do anything and that the complaint would simply be sent back down to her to handle. On top of that, she called me out of my name, which was extremely disrespectful and completely inappropriate.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Not only was my drink made incorrectly, but the situation was handled very poorly and I was denied a refund.
I have already contacted corporate regarding this issue and am currently waiting to hear back. If my refund is not returned to my card promptly, I will consider pursuing further action regarding this matter.
I strongly recommend that Dunkin’ review the store’s camera footage so they can clearly see how this situation was handled. The actions taken by Ryan, along with the manager’s response, do not reflect proper customer service or acceptable food safety standards.
Due to the way I was treated and the health concerns I witnessed, I will not be returning to this location.
Never ever again! Please don’t go here save your time and money! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! Just know if I get sick I’m putting out a lawsuit on this place!!!!!!

This was my first time visiting Dunkin after 2 years’, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t leave a great impression.
After placing my order at the kiosk, I patiently waited for about 11 minutes. During that time, I noticed several customers who arrived after me — both in-store and in the drive-thru — receiving their orders much faster. Concerned, I politely asked one of the team members if she could check on my order. She was very helpful and even made my drink herself, which I really appreciated. Thank you for that!
However, I was disappointed by the behavior of the rest of the staff. Two girls working on food were horseplaying with the drive-thru employee, who I heard making comments about my appearance in a mocking way. It was upsetting and unprofessional, especially from individuals working in customer service.
On top of that, the quality of my meal was poor — the tortilla was stale, and the food was tossed carelessly into the bag with no presentation.
As a paying customer, I expected better service and food quality. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future customers have a better experience.
