Every. Single. Time. I order chicken strips with a dipping sauce and ask for fry sauce as well. These buffoons forget to put it in the bag, every damn time. Manager refuses to hold employees accountable. Trash tier Dairy Queen. Never, EVER go here.

We were gonna get a SMALL misty slushy but there machine was broken down they gave us a free chocolate sundae. They were so nice and good at starting conversations. They got our food to us super good and held the door open for us. The place was great!

Kinda over the attitude and bad treatment from staff here. Asking the management to address the issues (over months) doesn’t seem to have any positive outcome. There are other places to get food and ice cream in town, where I don’t have to feel like I’m bothering anyone when placing an order, where if my order is made wrong they apologize and correct it, not get mad and yell at you that you’re in the wrong. Bad operations and bad customer service.

Stopped here while visiting from out of town. Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and a large oreo mocha fudge blizzard. My blizzard was over an inch from the top & and a huge pile slopped on the side of the cup. And was missing the coffee flavor. We were there about 6:30pm and were advised that they were out of gravy except for a small container because they were close to closing and offered us other dips. The gravy they did give us was old, clumpy, thick, and gross. The toast from one meal looked like it had been eaten off of. The fries were old and cold. Nothing about our meal was good. Very disappointed. I didn’t even eat mine. My husband had only a couple bites.

The blizzards were great, but that’s the only good thing that I have to say. We had to look for a table that was not filthy and according to our receipt they got running. The registers name was Noah. She was dressed like a slouch and did not even greet us. After we ordered. He did not even offers. The receipt just turned around and walked away and leaving it on the machine.

Please keep the drive-thru menu up to date if items are changed or discontinued. What is the point of claiming items are seasonal, when they’re not in a seasonal section of the menu? You can use good ol’ duct tape to block out items if they’re permanently unavailable.

We waited over half an hour to put in our order and the cashier was constantly going to the back to get something to eat, ignoring orders completely, and even eating over the top of them. Everyone was plain clothed in tee shirts and shorts. With a line of customers to the door, letting ice cream melt to the point that my blizzard was basically milk with nuts mixed in. With rude wait staff cleaning with headphones in around people they could have been helping.

Usually love to stop and get a Blizzard while traveling, but unfortunately the experience at this location in Butte Montana left much to be desired. The order was filled promptly enough, but the staff just left it sitting on deck for 10 or so minutes, and then when we approached and asked if we could have it, they were somewhat hostile and requested us to verify the order even though we had the number and receipt. After sitting so long, the blizzards were mostly melting, so it was a good thing they didn’t try the famous “upside down” delivery.
