Solid experience at this location. We ordered on the app; our food came out about 15 minutes later (longer than estimated) but once we got it, all was good. Pizza was hot and tasty, salads were fresh and they didn’t skimp on any ingredients.
There’s a big main seating area, with two smaller areas by the entrance and side exit. Some outdoor seating too.

Tad pricey for what you get. Got pick two and the meal cost more than 20. You can easily spend twenty per person without getting the desserts.
The cashier would constantly put orders in when I simply asked her about the menu. I wanted to know if the salad was sweet she said no but it was. Asked her about the cookies she spent too long searching for the answer on a booklet. She was also curt and lacked the usual friendliness at Panera.
I got the poppyseed salad which tasted way to sweet. I couldn’t eat it. I asked for dressing on the side but I think they forgot. I switched it to chipotle chicken salad and that was way too creamy.
French onion soup was also very salty. I am thinking they changed the recipe the only thing I enjoyed today was the complementary baguette.

I have never been disappointed with neither the food nor the service! All the employees are very courteous and the food is delicious. I also love the atmosphere: nice, quiet, fire place! This Panera is one of two restaurants I will order carryout from. Highly recommend!

PLEASE HIRE EMPLOYEES, PEOPLE DONT HAVE JOBS. OR STOP ACCEPTING DOORDASH AND UBER ORDERS AND WASTING DRIVERS TIME. IF A DRIVER DOES 20 DELIVERS AND EVERY RESTAURANT MAKES HIM WAIT FOR 5 MINUTES THATS 100 MINUTES A DAY MEANS 30/40$ LOSS EVERY DAY THATS 900/1200$ A MONTH.

I placed an order for my family through the Panera app. Two of the breakfast sandwiches were customized. One came correct and the other not. I don’t understand how the receipt has all of the directions but whoever made the sandwich got it completely wrong. I live 15 mins away and had to drive back. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up on orders. I probably should have checked before driving off but I was in a bit of a rush. I called and they said they would prepare another sandwich. So annoyed. The Panera in frederick never gets it wrong.

Place was FILTHY at 3 in the afternoon and there was hardly anyone there. Dirty floors (whole restaurant) majority tables were dirty. Had to clean our own. This is the last time I will come. I’ve come here before when it looked pretty dirty, but it’s getting worse all the time. Apparently, kindly misses of no important to this particular location.

Never really had any issues at this location before, but I don’t go that frequently. Recently ordered a steak and white cheddar sandwich and it had the most flimsy piece of steak on it that barely covered half of the bread. The meat to sandwich ratio was probably like 10%

Fast service, clean location, friendly staff. I usually pick up a Chicken Chipotle melt and a drink, I recommend it, it’s a good sandwich. The Tuna sandwich is really good too in case you want something much better than the one from Subway for a comparable price.
