The doors are always locked at this Taco Bell in Muncie, Indiana, 3201. when you can see in the windows that are very dirty. The place is a mess. I would like to go in and get my food doing my lunchtime, but I can’t. I have to wait the place needs to be changed in management There is no one in line. No one I have been waiting 25 minutes for my food. This is craze .

I’m seriously so so mad. I ordered 3 chicken chipotle melts. And they gave me three veterinary lettuce tomato and chipotle sauce burritos. What the heck is this stuff. No chicken in it whatsoever. So upsetting they just said they would make it right next time I go there. Yeah right. They fs are not just going to give me what I ask for just Bc I said they messed up. I had a crying baby in the car. We only went there because I was so hungry and then I end up not even being able to eat anything. Went through all of that for that. Definitely not at all what I ordered.

Was not given receipt, waited more than ten mins, burrito wasn’t rolled properly, or grilled properly, had black stuff on it, and lettuce stuck to it, this burrito isn’t supposed to have lettuce at all, manager was a woman heavier set and younger who appeared under the influence of drugs and alcohol, don’t come here, this place is disgusting, also the bathroom was dirtier than a gas station bathroom in Panama City beach in the middle of spring break, not a single table was clean, this place is a TrainWreck, that is all
