I got the biscuit and gravy and the biscuit was so buttery and soft and the gravy was the most perfect consistency. Jessica, I think was her name, took my order and she was very nice and sweet. Definitely would be going here and telling my friends to go here!

After ordering Hardee’s I discovered my tea was unsweetened, although I ordered sweet. When taking it back to the register to say I had unsweetened tea, the lady at the register had the audacity to tell me that they were only allowed to put so much sweetener in their tea… The tea was UNSWEETENED. Instead of just giving me sweet tea it turned into the whole spill where I lost my cool. All I wanted was sweet tea, but the lady at the register implied that I was stupid. Just give me what I paid for, don’t argue with me about your mistake. Won’t return.

We’ve gotten delivery through DoorDash so I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere, but the food has been phenomenal! We stopped eating here a year ago after several bad experiences, but I’m so thankful we decided to give it another try. Thanks to pregnancy cravings we’ve ordered three times in the last month and each time the food has been delicious and accurate.

I hate to leave such a low rating/review because I really like Hardee’s, and I’ve eaten at this location for years… Like since the 90’s. I’ve personally never had any bad experience with breakfast here, but have had numerous less than favorable experiences when it comes to “lunch/dinner” food items… like orders not being right or soft drinks being completely flat after going through the drive thru. I feel like it started getting somewhat expensive too so I stopped going as frequently. I might go once… twice a year, maybe? The final straw for me was a hot ham and cheese and chicken sandwich. I saw a commercial saying they were only $2.50, and I thought I’d give it a shot. Went through the drive thru, ordered them, and got home to see the saddest “sandwiches” I’ve ever seen (pictures also posted and you’ll know them when you see them). I got in touch with Hardee’s customer service because I wasn’t going to drive back out thete. They requested pictures and I provied them the same pictures. All I got back was a “thank you for your input!” email… Nothing to fix the issue. Haven’t went back since.

I’ve been getting breakfast and lunch here several times per week for the past two years. The manager is consistently rude and off-putting. Their chicken is consistently dry and over-cooked. They consistently have issues with the FAST in fast-food, and have to wait 5+ minutes in their side-lot for a simple burger combo meal. This morning I had their manager scolding me because they’ve incorrectly sold me a 2-for-$5 biscuit instead of charging me menu price, as if it’s my fault I don’t know their stores rules.

They have really good chicken strips! They are hand breaded and cooked fresh when you order them. They come in 2 sizes, for just one, or 10 piece enough to share.

Haven’t been to Hardee’s in quite awhile. I guess we needed a reminder for why we haven’t. Would rate them #1 for worst burgers and Ham & Cheese on a bin. Buns were stale. There was a tiny piece of ham and small piece of cheese on the stale bun. Burgers were actually smaller then McDonald’s, if you can imagine that. Absolutely horrible food!!!
