I ordered a Route 44 sweet tea in the app. They lady came and say they didn’t have any did I want something else. I initially said no can I get a refund. They lady came back and said I would have to get refund in app. Since I didn’t know how to do that nor did she. I ask for a Strawberry Limeade. I waited about 7 mins and had to push the button and the lady said ohhhh I forgot I’m sorry. After about another 9 mins I pushed the button again and ask them why is has now taken 22 mins to get a drink and the lady said again ohhh I forgot because I dont have a ticket. Im like what the funk at this point and put my car in reverse and the they finally come. Sad a funk just for a beverage. Thankfully I didn’t order food.

This Sonic usually is ok whenever we go. But it was early in the day2:30-3:00 not busy at all from the looks of the parking lot. Soooo why this burnt pretzel like over greasy churros we’re given to me like this is questionable. They were like bullets!! Whoever prepared them had to know this wasn’t the right thing to do. Not a lick of cinnamon ya hear me lol
Part 2- so I just opened my chicken tender dinner up and oh! I’m not surprised to see the meal was just as disgusting over greasy unnecessary I love Sonic but this is horrible to where I went to return the whole meal after explaining to the store manager I didn’t appreciate the service but I understand things happen. But seeing the straight out disregard for others stomach and hard earned money. I returned the meal complete with the greasy burnt churros. To make matter worst they gave me a dollar short back of what I paided. And I tipped the young lady. So it’s obvious screw customers who cares type of mentality. Didn’t take a pic because I was too anxious to return it and go buy lunch somewhere else.

Baker Sonic is hands down the best. My food is always fresh and hot. The other Sonic restaurants taste different to me… I had a salty slush from Coursey location recently.. Sherwood location will turn off the speaker without answering you. I live closer to the other locations, but Baker location never disappoints.

I only ever go to Sonic for ice cream and they cant even do that correctly. Also I highly doubt there is banana in here, taste like a classic strawberry shake.

If I could give a minus 5 stars to this sad excuse for a restaurant sonic I go to sonic and I take my order no pork in the burger and coming my order with pork and she told me I swipe for you I wait one hour she not coming and I am too much sad because in Spanish she ignored me employee Savannah whitegirl she racist has mental issues!

This used to be a great location till about 2 months ago. Usually we’re super quick and I stopped here almost every other day for a drink. They have become slow, rude and unbearable. Food takes forever and drinks take even longer somedays. Order ahead on the app doesn’t mean faster service sadly.
