(Through GrubHub) The food was not great, my brother enjoyed it so that’s alright, but I wasn’t a fan. It was pretty dry and didn’t come with soy sauce or anything but luckily I had some. The packaging while I greatly appreciate the cardboard and more eco friendly packaging, was not labeled and we had to cut into everything to see if it was the veggie or the chicken (I don’t eat meat so it was kind of like Russian Roulette for me). I love that they had vegetarian options for most everything (not the included egg roll). I probably won’t reorder from here but my brother will.
I will say I do have opinions about restaurants pretending to be something else (in this case Ruby Tuesday being Wow Bao) which kind of sets the bar a notch down before I even ordered. I just see it as starting out as a lie, but the food wasn’t awful and they had vegetarian options. My biggest thing really is not knowing what was what.

Our server poor thing she was all over the place. Trying to take care of everyone. Our food was good except the waiting time was ridiculous! Their employees don’t want to show up for work. They were extremely short handed. My daughter n law found a bug in her salad. So whom ever does the salad bar needs to make sure their lettuce is clean! That’s why it was a 2 on the food rating. Everything else as far as a the food went was good.

We ordered spicy chicken and rice, orange chicken, egg rolls, pot stickers and baos. The egg rolls were missing, the spicy chicken was teriyaki (containers barely had any regardless), the potstickers were veggie when we ordered, and the baos were rotten. Literally spoiled. Please stay as far away as you can from this establishment. Attempting to get a refund through DoorDash, as we threw everything away. What a waste of 47 dollars pre tax and delivery fee.

I got a tiny portion of what looks to be a microwaved frozen dinner. The bao buns are an absolute joke. They were hard and the filling was not good. There was no difference in the flavor from the bbq pork or spicy beef. Do yourself a huge favor and just go get the frozen meals and cook them yourself

Such an awful, sorry excuse for a building with 4 walls and calls itself a restaurant that serves food. Let’s start with the price (ordering from Uber). $50 for 2 bowl entrees that come with “buns”? I thought it must be good cause holy crap that’s a lot of $$ for 2 people! My Uber carrier was kind enough to let me know that a worker told her she ran out of orange chicken. They told her to tell me to call for a refund–never heard of that before. I asked her to check if I could just swap it for a meat that they did have. She talked to a manager and wow! Suddenly they found some orange chicken! Crazy! We received our order and not only did they forget the second set of “buns”, the chicken was hard and tasted like beef. Not to mention that the “buns” were literally as hard as hockey pucks. Don’t waste your time or your money. I was able to get a full refund from Uber eats but I would have been pissed if I hadn’t.

Ordered an orange chicken bowl and a terriyaki bowl, never will I order from this restaurant because there was enough protein between the two bowls for one of them. The bao needs work, I ordered a spicy one and it indeed was not spicy, not even to someone who thinks “mild” is spicy. Do not order here if you want a real meal, it lacks veggies in its bowls and terrible protein portions for its prices.

I ordered from this restaurant tonight and it will be my very last time. The soup dumplings were completely raw and the bao balls were rock solid. I could have cracked a tooth. The rice was drenched in oil and was hardly enough for even a small child. The lack of quality and care that they put into their food and their service is appalling! Worst experience ever! Do not go! Trust me
