We came for the first time last night and were absolutely blown away at how great this place was. From apps and drinks to the entrées and dessert, everything was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was immaculate. No matter what you order on the menu, it will be amazing.

The customer service was spot on, everyone was so friendly and kind. The chef came out toward the end of our dinner and made sure everything was up to standard. He was so friendly!

The space itself is very cozy, we got sat in these cool C-shaped booths. We’ll definitely be coming back often, and I suggest you try it out if you haven’t already!

About a year ago, we went to pick up some olive oil at the twisted vine, and we could smell something wonderful happening at Deema. Today, we finally stopped in, and frankly my wife was mad that we hadn’t gone before. Who knew it would be THIS good?

Filet wrap was pretty good, pieces could’ve been trimmed better though. Lots of fatty pieces sadly. But still good flavor, everyone else’s dishes in my party were also hit or miss. Safest play is just protein salad and rice.

We had such an amazing experience at Deema! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Every dish came out perfectly, and you can really taste the quality and care in the cooking.

The host was incredible. She wasn’t just greeting guests at the front she was helping all around the restaurant, checking on tables, supporting the team, and making sure everything was running smoothly. She had such a positive and professional attitude, and you can tell she truly cares.

The servers were just as wonderful. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. The whole staff worked together beautifully, and it made the entire night feel special and comfortable.

Deema is truly a place where you feel valued as a guest. We can’t wait to come back!

This is our second visit to Deema. We enjoyed the 1st and decided to remember to come again and try other items on the menu. I’m not a huge fan of spicy food, so I stayed “safe” with chicken kebobs and a salad. That chicken was absolutely delicious. It was unlike any other I’ve ever had elsewhere. The seasonings were just so… flavorful without being spicy. The dipping sauces were also quite delicious. My husband chose the tantuni wrap plate, and he was also quite pleased. We had dessert for the first time tonight. He had the baklava and saffron ice cream and enjoyed that. I was told by our server that cheesecake was an option, although not on the printed menu, so I chose it. That cheesecake was presented beautifully. It was so pretty I felt bad about eating it. Lol but it was superb! It was covered heavily in a velvety gnache and under that was some kind of crunchy, gooey layer. I can’t put my finger on what exactly that layer was, but it was absolutely wonderful. If you love cheesecake like I do… you must try this one! Our staff members were all very kind and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet, romantic, and the decor is pretty. I gave 4 stars to the atmosphere only because the restroom was in need of improvement. Try the place. It was wonderful!

How have I not found Deema before tonight?! The food was amazing! They pair rice to your dish. The garnishings were even delicious!
The wait-staff was GREAT. The seating and atmosphere were very nice.
This place was so awesome I even commented that the water was good, and I don’t think I have ever said a restaurant has good water!!
This was as good as places I visit in Chicago and NYC.

We came here for dinner and had such a great experience. The main meal was absolutely delicious – every bite full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The ambiance added so much to the night, with good music playing and a warm, inviting vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can really enjoy your food and relax.

It may cost you some extra dollars, but this Turkish restaurant in Fort Wayne has some exceptional and unique food. We tried for appetizers including the Turkish wings, Turkish sausage and hummus. We also had tried this cheese which wasn’t my favorite but the sausage was incredible and a spice combination I’ve never had before. The lamb kebab was delicious as well and came with a spicy Orange sauce. The homemade baklava was absolutely Divine and was not overly sweet. Safron Icecream was freezor burnt. As far as the atmosphere goes I really like their open concept kitchen, although I felt the restrooms needed attention and the lock on the stall was rusted and difficult to move. My wife says the women’s restroom was out of toilet paper. They did have a live musician playing guitar and singing as well. So in summary, there were some things that were off, but overall really enjoyed it.

4.1/5

**update: french fries perfectly crispy. Falafel and the beat sandwiches for lunch also quite nice. Babaganoush is delightfully smokey although wish we got a bit more pita. Also their glasses are made of crystal.

We had a more than disappointing Valentine’s Day at Deema. We were seated promptly, our server came over to take our order, and we never saw her again for the rest of the evening. It took at least 45 minutes to receive our appetizers (which is understandable on a busy night like this evening), but we weren’t given napkins or silverware and had to eat without them. When our food was finally delivered by someone other than our server, our order was wrong. We finally received the correct food and it was cold. We never received a refill on water, never asked if we wanted any dessert. Dirty plates piled up on our table until we left. You could tell that the food was not prepared the same way as it normally is everything felt rushed and careless. On top of that, you could barely see because the restaurant was so smoky from the grill. We came to the front to pay because we feared we’d be sitting forever if we paid at our table, and it was our server at the front desk who didn’t even acknowledge we were her table. We have really enjoyed Deema in the past but this visit has made us reevaluate whether we will return, regardless of us normally enjoying the food.
