The location itself needs better maintenance and a more suitable managing crew that pays attention to what they are doing. The service in the drive thru is so slow even when it’s not even pack especially inside the restaurant. This doesn’t not just happen today but any other day of the week. Overall i wanna let anybody that comes to this burger king to stay alert because i had this plastic bag inside my large beverage. This is unacceptable and i hope the health department gets involved or the company. I would no longer be coming here. Unprofessional work

service is so slow and staff doesn’t seem to care about doing their jobs well. unhygienic. the atmosphere is always very awkward and uncomfortable. long wait times. food is often missing. if you order here, always check to make sure you got everything before leaving. these problems have been consistent for several years.

The young lady that took my order was extremely happy. She made my visit to this location wonderful. She was enthusiastic and happy to be at work. You could feel this this in her voice. Super positive.
As for the food here. The vegetables are always cut perfectly, it makes the sandwich perfect. I never feel like I’m eating fast food when we order from here. Every employee concentrates and gets your order right!
If you’re getting a fast takeout because you’re in a rush, I suggest you get the best, this Burger King on Kedzie, just South of of 63rd Street. They always get your order right because they care. Bravo, team!

My bf convinced me to just finish the sandwich, that I won’t find anymore….

Whoever was working 12/18 at 1Pm female taking orders was so rude. Rushing my order in the drive thru
I wasnt even done ordering but I didnt even want to Finish ordering because of how rushed i felt. To top it off

It’s been a staple in the community for as long as I can remember since I was a kid. Never had a problem with service, food or location. They should bring back “The Burger King kids club” it was awesome.

I cannot believe how many times I go a Burger King and they always forget stuff in the bag. 2 different locations bruh same thing. It’s always multiple things too. Do you guys just not train anyone? I love this place!! I come here every two weeks whenever I get paid as a treat to myself <3. I ordered the Large whopper meal with chicken fries and a hershys pie, super tasty as usual!! Staff is friendly, fast, and attentive. The atmosphere is very chill down to earth, just chill n eat your food with some friends or family or even on your own! The place is usually kept clean as well and there's barely any wait for food. Keep it up burger king!!!

Such horrible service. Everyone was all over the place not communicating, we would tell 3 people about our order and no one would listen and disrespectful when all we asked was for our missing drink. In the end a women came in so kind wish she was the one attending us. First and last time eating there.
