Fresh, new and attached to Buckston’s. Nice location, they have a drive thru and you can go inside but it’s small. The guy working was nice and accommodating. We got honey dipped and birthday cake Tim bits and a mocha coffee and it was all very good as expected. Will definitely stop by every time we are in the area and we will be making special and frequent trips.

I’m honestly really disappointed with this place. The food just wasn’t good. The bread was super stale and tasted like it had been sitting out forever. The donuts were even worse they were soggy and ice cold, almost like they had been frozen and just thrown out to serve. It completely ruined the experience.
On top of that, the service was lacking. We weren’t even given basic things like napkins or straws, which should be standard when you’re serving food and drinks. Overall it felt careless and low quality. I definitely expected better and won’t be coming back.

I usually always love this location, but with the cold weather, people want hot drinks. The last 3 times I went and waited in line and their steamer has supposedly been broken. For weeks now. Not happy after waiting in line each time. They also should not advertise food on their menu that their location doesn’t actually carry!

This Tim Hortons is always a great stop for coffee. It’s consistently good, and their donuts and breakfast sandwiches are always fresh. I absolutely love the morning staff! They are always friendly and the service is fast.

I don’t think there’s anything from Tim Hortons that I’ve ever purchased that I didn’t like. Everything seems to taste good, or as expected, as usual — but the prices are simply way too high. $4 for a Refresher drink, which I think is usually 14 oz (but I believe it may have only been 12 oz since most of it was ice), is ridiculous. $9 for a box of 40 Timbits. The only thing that was at a decent price were the croissants at $1.75. It was almost $20 for my order.

I was very disappointed, when I use to live there, they had an Ice Coffee that was out of this world. They don’t have it any more. We stopped for breakfast definitely not what it used to be. Long wait to give order.

Accidentally double charged me for a completely wrong order, but then said they would issue a refund. When I came in a little later to show the girl working I hadn’t yet received the refund she was very passive aggressive and told me there was basically nothing she could do about it. It’s been the amount of time she told me it takes for a refund to go through and still nothings happened. Very rude employee, even though I was trying my best to be understanding.

We have been visiting Tim Hortons at this location for many years. We have very seldom been disappointed with our order or with the service. The menu changes with seasonal items. There is a very good variety to choose from. However; we wish that there were some healthier whole wheat options for items like waffles, bagels, and muffins. The coffee is always hot and good!

I think this location just took the prize for the worst customer service experience ever. Dozens of customers lined up waiting, food not coming out, no hash browns, complete chaos. I ended up leaving with half my paid order after 30 minutes.
