This Burger King never fails to disappoint. When it’s not one thing, it’s something else. I ordered through the app like I always do — 2-for-1 Classic Chicken Sandwich, cut in half, extra mayo. Simple. Yet they never cut them, and today was no different.
They made me wait at the first window because of their timer, and when I finally got my order, nothing was right. Sandwiches not cut, barely any mayo, and one even had two different patties — clearly from a crispy sandwich, not the Classic Chicken I ordered. The flavors aren’t the same, so it’s obvious they just threw whatever they had in there.
If they’re out of Classic patties, just say that at the speaker. Tell me I need to wait or ask if I want something else. Don’t hand me the wrong food and hope I don’t notice.
It’s frustrating because this is the only location nearby, and I keep hoping they’ll get it right one day — but it never happens. They really need to clean house and hire people who can follow instructions and actually read the order. At this point, I don’t think this place will ever change.

I waited almost 15 minutes for my app order. When I finally got home to eat, I noticed my chicken wrap had chicken nuggets rather then chicken strips, and my chicken sandwich meat was cut in half . This was horrible experience

Not very smart counter person either, asked for fresh made sweet tea, was told all drinks come from the soda machine.

Burger King franchise is falling apart. Playground is close. Coca-Cola mix machine does not have all flavors, just one person at front taking orders and also taking drive through order at the same time. The food was cold. I really like Burger King but for some reasons all places around the country are like this. If you don’t want to go to bankrupt please do something.

This is the best BK around. The food is the usual BK food, it’s good. The thing is the young at heart senior lady at the drive thru window. It’s always a pleasure to see her when I stop for my fast food fix. I even told my sister about her & she knew exactly who I was talking about. Just shows how important it is to make people smile whenever you can
