Driving into Leadville and my wife is looking for a place to eat. We decide on Lowbrow. At the window, the owner greets us with a warm smile. I order the rice bowl with pork, my wife the chicken. We add on the bbq wonton chips and lemonade aqua Fresca. We walk down the path with our pup and find a table overlooking Turquoise Lake. The first bite is unbelievable. Packed with flavor, perfect amount of heat, fresh like it was just picked from the garden. We found our new spot. The chips are crunchy and flavor packed. Lemonade Fresca tasted like it was just picked. I go back to get carrot cake for dessert. It’s the perfect balance of cake to icing ratio. The food is made with love and care, every bite is better than the last. This is the perfect ending to an amazing day.
