I’ve been a regular at this Chantilly location for over a year and usually have a great experience. I normally pick up 4 mobile orders at once, and it’s never been an issue until today. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She came to the window and started snaping at me, saying, “You can’t pick up 5 mobile orders.” When I tried to explain that I only had 4 and that I’ve done this for a year without a problem, she just kept talking over me and being confrontational for no reason. When I pointed out a missing drink, she literally yelled, “They are making it!” from across the room. I used to be a manager in the food industry, and I was shocked by her behavior. There’s a way to communicate store policies without being hostile to paying customers. After looking at other recent reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who has had a run-in with her. It’s a shame because I love Dunkin’, but I won’t be back to this location as long as she’s running the show. Take your business to a location that actually treats people with respect.

I bought a iced cappuccino and clearly asked for less iced, but still they filled up with ice when I came back asked that why did you guys filled this and the manager white lady said it’s from corporate that I can’t give you less iced. It means they just sell you iced not coffee. Thus was my last time in Dunkin’

We came twice to this Dunkin, and both times the service was bad. First time they gave us a coffee that was not even close to hot! Second time, they gave us egg and cheese on croissant, again not warm and the cheese not melted. This was after making us wait for the food. We saw other people having issues with the food as well. Somehow they have a good crowd coming in, maybe due to the busy, prime location. I do not recommend going here at all!

This store have the worst service. I’ve been to some Dunkin’ store but this store particularly has the bad service. This store hired a rude associate. I ordered 5 coffee and 10 donuts and I was charged a $0.75 for each (2)cup of water I requested. When I asked for my receipt without even leaving the counter while checking my donuts. She told me with a strong words that “ah, I threw it already”. I’m just wondering, Am I not entitled to request for my receipt? I would give a negative star if there would be a choices. I won’t plan to buy anything again in this store. Bathroom is dirty.

My partner and I came here on a Thursday evening and we both ordered 2 matcha lattes, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 1 hash brown. Upon driving up to the drive thru window, the rude girl handed us our drinks and we immediately told her that the drink is severely under filled. She then tried to argue with us and told us some BS lies that this is how the drinks are now if you order less ice. I then argued with her saying that we were just here 6 days ago and ordered the same exact drink with less ice and our drinks didn’t look like this and she proceeded to continue to lie and argue with us versus fixing the problem. On top of that both the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns tasted like some sort of burnt plastic it was so awful that we tried to use the drink to mask the taste of the sandwiches. We spent almost $25 and was extremely not only disappointed but unsatisfied. Rest assure we will no longer be going to this dunkin and will be going to the greenbriar location. Do better Dunkin.

I’m still shaking from my experience with the manager white middle age woman.I ordered wicked munchies and when we got it, they put regular munchkins not the ones with sprinkles. I brought the box inside the store and showed it to the manager and she said they’re out of wicked munchkins. I told her I don’t want it then she said she can’t refund sorry ( a very loud scolding voice)
I told her, if you don’t have Wicked ones , you should refund my order; she proceeded screaming, and cussing at me, oh also when I pulled the drive through she was already yelling at her employees.
What an unprofessional behavior, and yet she is the manager ! I have never encountered anyone like her. It didn’t stop there unfortunately… she came outside following me to the car ( my young kids inside ) she was moving her arms fast in ways like as if she was going to hit the car or something! Already a lot of people complaint about her on google reviews how rude and an angry person she is . I’m currently on hold with the corporate, I ll not let this go ! There are a lot people would be better fit for this position, she doesn’t deserve to be a manager there! And treat her employees and customers this way ! The owner of this location Please, please read comments about her and take action asap!!!

When I got the front counter there’s no line just myself, but nobody came to help me they only served to drive through, I wanted to buy an one dozen donuts, they took all the donuts an gave it to them drive through’s people; after 10mins waiting one guy came up to me and say what can I get for you, there’s nothing left for me, no more donuts that I want, what should I get??!!!!! I’m really really disappointed I came before those drive through people but no one care about me, never come back this location again

The store was clean but felt cold. The cold coffee was only as big as the cup size, and the coffee taste was too light. The vanilla latte didn’t taste bad.

Waited 3 hours at Patient First across the street and decided to stop here before my number is up. The employee at the register didn’t understand that I wanted soymilk in the Chai latte. Another employee came to help and they don’t have soymilk, but do have almond milk. I asked for 2 Boston cream in 1 bag and 1 Boston cream in a separate bag. She confirmed when putting the donuts in the bags and got it right. I can’t tell if she is fluent in English. She didn’t speak much. At least my order was correct. The Chai latte tasted very light. Starbucks is much better, and the second milk that Starbucks uses has more almond flavor. The latte wasn’t filled closer to the top like Starbucks. I’m ok with that but if you expect them to top it, you could try to ask them. I only go to DD when Starbucks is not near. I got drinks from DD at work 2-3 times and including this trip, I am not impressed with their drinks. Starbucks is much better. The Krispy Kreme donuts are better too.

I like Dunkin’s a lot it’s coffee is very good and a lot cheap vs Starbucks. Being a veggie I like hash brown it is a drive through and has a lot of parking and a very nice ambiance.
