Love love this restaurant! Due to COVID19 you cannot currently dine in as to protect customers and employees. My family and I enjoy the variety of hot delicious meals they serve. All of the meals we ordered actually have you super full and many times just one of the bowls have so much food that you are not able to finish it in one sitting. That is a plus when you have mouths to feed and unable to cook lunch or dinner that day.

I walked in to place a to-go order. Three people just looked at me, never even saying hello or anything. I had to ask if I could place an order. Gabriel said yeah. That’s it. Not once did he say is that all, thank you or anything. They have the rudest customer service.

Everything was wonderful first time I went and I went a friend just looking around for something to eat and saw this place! Everything was pretty fast and clean Im definitely about eat there today! And customer service was great! And the food was hot and fresh and they gave me my money’s worth of food for that low amount I give this place 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Worst “hibachi” I’ve EVER had . And I asked for no stir fry veg still wanted peas and carrots in my rice. After I brought the first bowl back I explain that .. still no vegetables .

Omg! My favorite go to place for lunch with the hubby! It has been an amazing experience the food, service, and the atmosphere. Also I want to shout out to one of the workers her name is Kaye( hoped I spelled it correctly) she was awesome her mannerisms and service was very helpful for us and I appreciate that.

Excellent fast food, some of the best prices, limited menu, but understandable, and I still enjoy the Sweet and Sour Chicken, when I really enjoy Pork! But for the price, and speed of the food ordering and Delivery, they have a drive thru that’s faster than Starbucks! I love Hibachi Express! The employees are all very helpful, and happy! This is on my way home, and I hit it up at least once a week!

Edit: They are always efficient with the front counter and drive thru. Tables are always clean and bathrooms are also. I normally get the chicken ir veggie yakisoba bowl with an egg roll and a drink.
Edit: the dinning room is back open. Less seating area than before due to a small storage closet built in the middle of the dinning room floor. Still tasteful decorated and enough seating for the amount of customers dinning in at one time.
Friendly staff, well lit, clean bathrooms, and not many flies. We will return.

I have eaten there so many times but never was this bad! Went in @1:41pm, for take out. EVERYTHING I purchased tastes or smells like old oil, think rolls were dropped back in oil with my shrimp, both were reheated. Not usual in the past but 3 take out meals at almost $40 is sad.Maybe because this is the first time instead of dining in, I bought take out

Food is OK, nothing to call home about. They forgot my spring rolls, so I had to go back through the drive through as the dining room is not open to the public. I had to wait, which was inconvenient. The customer service was good, the young man taking my payment at the window was very nice although the lady taking my order through the speaker acted like she hated her job, which I get I mean I wouldn’t be happy either but it surely doesn’t help me want to come back hearing you sound bored out of your mind and you’d rather be elsewhere.
