Had a Caesar salad for lunch. It took quite some time to get the food and it was not much. The chicken consisted of seemingly readymade chicken nuggets, which were rather dry and hard. No bacon to be found. It took staff three reminders to get to sign our bill, even though we were staying at the hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant in St. Martin. From the very first day, Alejandra Maria and Brada made us feel genuinely welcome, and that warmth never faded. In fact, it is the reason we kept coming back.
We ended up spending four days in a row here with our children, enjoying every single moment. Each time, we chose a beach table bungalow, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. Dining with the sand, the sea breeze, and such attentive service created memories our family will not forget.
What truly stood out was the personal touch. Alejandra Maria and Brada remembered our food preferences from previous days and made sure everything was prepared just the way we liked it. Their attention to detail and care for our family made us feel more like returning friends than guests.
The food, the atmosphere, and especially the people made this place a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful view, we got the tuna tartare and it wasn’t my favourite, I love that dish and have had it often and this one was just okay. staff were friendly enough but don’t like that they linger when trying to pay the bill, wasn’t even provided a receipt just told an amount and was suppose to blindly pay it. Right accross the road is a little village called La Playa Village which has great restaurant options as well, worth checking out the beach bar but don’t forget to venture to see what else there is!

Can one ever have too much sushi and sashimi, not in my world ! What a fabulous day at LaPlaya Beach in Saint Martin! White sand, crystal blue water, and just the right amount of waves. Plus, beachfront makes it all even better. Life doesn’t get much tastier than this! Thanks to Alexandra for always making us feel welcome and giving us such great service.
