I stopped here for a quick lunch while driving through on a work trip last week and was very concerned by the lack of cleanliness of the restrooms and the fact that there was not any soap in the bathroom. The soap dispenser being completely empty made me concerned about food safety and how sanitation is being handled at this business. I love a good Sonic chili cheese coney, but I couldn’t stomach ordering anything after this encounter.

Apparently this is the worst sonic ive ever been too. Waited 15 min in the drive through from a #3 (Bacon Double Cheese burger meal)…what did I get? Look at the picture, a single cheese burger with mustard….I didn’t discover the mistake until I get on the road and am 5 miles down I-35, THEN discover the mistake and can not even turn around…so I call them, they transfer me to the manager, and she says hello I can’t hear you and just hangs up the phone. Last time I’ll ever go to that sonic on my weekly drive from OKC to DFW. Terrible service. To top it off, they didn’t even give me a receipt. It’s okay though, I’ll dispute the $11.99 charge via chase for not receiving goods I paid for.

Edit; so I dumped my LARGE chocolate brownie blast into a large bowl…..want to talk about being robbed ! It barely had ¼cup with of chocolate ANYTHING in the cup ! What an absolute robbery.
The garlic butter burger looked sad to say the least…..and then we get to the LARGE chocolate brownie blast…..hardly ANY chocolate brownie bits in it for its size. Sad, this was a sad sad meal ♂️ ♂️

Ordered 3 drinks in the drive thru…..took 20 minutes, they dont really know the word SPEED, I dont really go to this one bc last time I came they said the ice cream machine was broken so I had to order something else, then that took 17minutes. I never leave bad reviews but when they only have 2 people parked at the order boards and none in drive thru….I’m writing one.

Ordered on the app lg unsweetened tea 2 corn dogs. Young man brings 2 corn dogs only. He Didn’t even know i ordered tea. I showed him my order and also ordered 2 bags ice. He brought my tea i gave him $10dollars for ice. Had also left $2 tip on app. They brought no change for ice so I guess $2 dollars wasn’t enough on a $4 dollar order on the app. Got home and the tea was sweet yuck through it in trash. Won’t be back
