There was an issue with my order. The manager called me directly to help fix it. Offered to refund me and to deliver my order personally. I’ve never had a business offer that. For that reason 10⭐. I’m honestly blown away of the customer service.

I ordered the catfish plate with mac n cheese and a side of collard greens and chicken wings.
Where do I begin. The potato salad had no potatoes! The person preparing my food served me the base to the salad. Unbelievable!! I got green beans instead of greens and they forgot the ranch to my chicken. I paid around $50 for the whole thing. The chicken was definitely cooked in the same grease as the catfish. I had high hopes for this place. I also waited for nearly 30 minutes for my order. They have too many options and should just stick with bbq. I can’t even imagine how the pizza is. I hate to badmouth small businesses but after being there 2 years you have to have it together a bit more. Good luck and god bless

I met this wonderful family when they came into my Bar Rounders on 114 th Halsey.
They were such a happy bunch. And they invited me to come out to their restaurant Uncle Vinny‘s. Which I did yesterday. I ordered a pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life, even cold the next day. It was wonderful. I am so excited to try some of their wonderful other menu items. Their menu is incredible. I’m so thankful they popped into my little Place. they will be seeing a lot more of me and my friends and my customers.

I ordered the fried chicken wing dinner with candied yams and I got a side of macaroni and cheese but it was still lunchtime so I was able to order off of the lunch menu and they charged me basically eight dollars for the side of macaroni which I should have just got a dinner and it with nasty an unflavored with green onions in and wasn’t even cheesy !!giving box vibes and the candy yams was ok But they SERIOUSLY need to change the grease cause that chicken is too dark and Tasted Greasy With Cornmeal Specks This Was Definitely $25 wasted I won’t be eating there anymore. I Know I Won’t N Definitely Won’t Recommend

Over priced food that doesn’t have flavor or love. The new owners are feeding off the name and location due to the original owners and offer bad food. It is not a racist thing to admit this is poorly cooked food with no flavor or love. BBQ house…my that is a name that brings love to the palette and you’re offered nothing in return once you visit.

Our first visit since it reopened under new ownership. A clear improvement from before and worth trying again. We had the 13” Vinny’s deluxe pizza. It was delicious and way more than we could eat. Well definitely be back.

Just got a pizza from them. Generous toppings but the dough was completely raw in the center. Ordered 40 minutes before pickup and wasn’t even started on arrival. Had to throw in a cooked pizza back into the oven once I got home. Ridiculous. Probably used frozen dough and rushed cooking as they hadn’t started the order yet. The place wasn’t even busy.

Since little place. We have had the pizza and large salad. Both are excellent! We are return customers. One of our top places for pizza! Service is Excellent!! Restaurant is clean and no strange smells.
