This place is awesome. Very very busy place. First time visit. Went to the other cicero place down the street and left because it smelled so bad. Not Paladinos. Luckily got a seat. Ordered a large meat lovers and garlic cheesy bread. Came out quickly even though it was friday primetime. Man can they pump out the pies. Big greasy foldable slices omg. Stopped in on New Years night and they were extremely busy. Our pizza was about ten minutes behind but it came out fresh and was absolutely delicious. They gave me a gift card for the wait – even though I tried denying it, as I knew what I was getting into ordering on one of the busiest nights of the year! I wouldn’t recommend any other place to order from! The pizza was amazing and the customer service was top level!

Today was something really exciting that happened to me as I saw the time was closer to 8 pm and had doubt if they would pick the order, to my surprise the guy on the other end asked “Sir what you would prefer to have Tonight”. I was so happy and got my Pizza special topped with Black Olives , Tomatoes, Onions, Green / Red Bell Pepper and 2 Garlic bread. When I asked how come they entertained my call though I was too late for an order the reply was “ we respect our customer service”. I wish every owner had that attitude. The Pizza was fabulous enjoyed to the core. Thanks to all out over there you made my Day.

Best chicken wing pizza I have ever tasted. I couldn’t resist and took a bite before taking a picture. 2nd time and quality is as good as the 1st time. Loved that when they deliver the food they bring a credit card machine with them for privacy and ease of payment.

One of my coworkers was ordering a pizza roll so I decided to get a sub from them instead of going to the Circle k. What a mistake. Only 1-2 slices of meat and hardly any cheese. I realize this is a pizza shop, and their pizza is excellent, but if you are going to offer something on your menu, do it right.

Looking for great pizza in Syracuse, check this pizza joint out. While I can only speak to their pizza, as that’s the only thing I’ve ever ordered, it has always been exceptionally good. This place truly never disappoints when it comes to delivering a satisfying slice. Be aware that seating is limited, but this isn’t really an issue since the vast majority of customers seem to opt for takeout anyway. For good and delicious pizza, this spot is a winner!

I ordered two large pizzas and 24 extra crispy wings. When I got home, I discovered that all 24 wings were soggy. I called to let them know, hoping they would make it right. They said they would check the footage and call me back.
To their credit, they called back promptly—but instead of offering an apology, they simply said they weren’t sure what happened. Then, rather rudely, they asked how many wings I had left. I told them all 24 were untouched.
Still, there was no offer to remake them or come pick them up.they told me they couldn’t offer a credit unless I brought the wings they messed ip back to them.
I won’t be returning. The pizza is great, yes—but the service is awful. And for the price they charge, I expect better
