Wonderful service and fun atmosphere. Very accommodating. But the food and drinks were not great and we had a few different items..

Oh my goodness. I had the Tequila Hummingbird and it was delicious. Balanced and full-flavored. The presentation is good too. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and pleasant.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place and the owners and entire staff!! I hosted a social event for work here this weekend and had an amazing time. The owners were so easy to work with and they supported the vibe that I was going for. We had over 70 people attend and everyone fit comfortably in the restaurant. The food was amazing and the drinks were awesome!! We had so much fun they matched the music to the overall vibe of the event and the owners were attentive the entire time!! I recommend any and everyone to come check out this place and even host their party here. Thank you all so much for providing such an amazing space for us! We will definitely be back!! Also love that it is a Black Owned business!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everything from the food, to the drinks, to the artwork, to the customer service was phenomenal! And don’t get me started on the VIP room and the upstairs speak easy! Simply stunning!!

My hubby and I and several of my Smart Set Sisters were in town and this place came highly recommended! It did not disappoint! In fact, we can’t wait to come back to NOLA and hang out here again! If you’re for a grownup place with grownup vibes, this place is it!!

Crab & cheese dip w/o crab and very stale bread. Seriously- no crab in the dip. Decent BBQ sliders though. Friendly staff (smile & greetings) but NO service except for the food brought by the cook w/ automatic 20% tip. We had to get our own drinks each time- no one checked on us for refills.. again no service w/ automatic tip. Very nicely decorated & eclectic atmosphere.

This is a cute place for a get together with your friends. Following the Saints game, we left our initial location and proceeded to Baroness. The drinks were delicious and the ambiance was up my alley. Great customer service, clean restrooms, and friendly staff! I plan on returning in the near future…

Ate here on Thursday 10/9. Bartender was barred out I think. My wife ordered a spicy margarita only to be rather unabashedly that they didn’t have what they needed to make it. We then shifted gears to dirty martinis. When we received them, it was the dirtiest of martinis I’ve ever seen, with maybe 1 shot of vodka between the 2 martinis. Don’t think he bothered to stir or shake them, as the small amount of vodka that was in it, was all at the bottom. I once made a dirty martini when I was 25 and didn’t drink them or know the recipe, and didn’t use vermouth, and it was much better. Ordered food, which seemed like chore. The food was all very good. Definitely recommend the creole pizza. Jumbalaya skillet was solid, but a little dry. Brussels were pretty good. When we went to check out, the bartender who had waited on us was nowhere to be found. The other bartender, who was very nice (probably made better drinks) had to ask us what we had to drink, as the other had not even rang our drinks in. We told him and commented about the vodka/lack thereof and he apologized and made it right for us. Probably won’t be back on our next visit. Hats off to the second bartender that we dealt with for having to clean up the other guy’s messes all night..

Very nice little bar and restaurant. The staff is very friendly. The drinks are made with love. Nice eclectic decor. Within walking distance of the Aloff hotel. Augusta is a great bartender!

There was a lot of hype going into my visit here. Most reviews are pretty praising of Baroness. Unfortunately I thought it was underwhelming. Their house menu was fun to read through but underwhelming to taste. As an example, the Dante was overwhelmingly gingery. At least one of the bartenders wasn’t aware where things were kept. It’s fine if they were new, but it still felt odd that if happened multiple times. The bar itself is nice enough making it a good place to lounge with friends. However, you’re better off going to a different bar if you’re looking for quality of drink.
