I came in at 8:15 pm on Oct 13th. I won’t eat anywhere but Arby’s cuz it’s always hot & fresh … Buttttt a huge disappointment. After working 14 hrs straight n~ the only thing I ate was some swedish fish n~ a beef jerky stick all day. My burger was only warm. It was not made fresh. I asked to make it without the sauce n ~ i can tell that they took the bun off, wiped the sauce off, put the burger back on the grill because it was slightly crisp on one side. My curly fries weren’t curly afro at all. I didn’t get one afro fry n~ my box was only half full. It was just tidbit pieces n~ they were lukewarm at best.
Next time I come thru y’all better make my food better cuz I’ll be too hungry n~ working too hard spending $12 to be dealing w this Arby’s cold food business.

Hey, it’s a truck-stop Arby’s. You know what you’re getting. But, they were friendly, the food was good, the order was correct, and the food was warm. That’s pretty much all you can ask for.

They make the Smokehouse Brisket look so appealing but when you get it, you only get 3 small lousy onion rings on it and some cold Brisket. Employees should know what comes on a sandwich or the whole menu at that point but asking Becca was like asking a deer in the headlights.

Fairly nice place, great staff. Overall cleanliness needs improving but it was a good visit.

I ordered 2reuban sandwiches but asked that they wrap the bread and meat/cheese/sauerkraut separately so it didn’t get soggy for my mother in law. I picked up the container to take in her house and it felt pretty light so I looked in the container, the only thing in there was bread. I got charged full price for it though. I am pissed.
