The food was unbearable. I don’t think in my life i’ve ever returned food. I was genuinely nervous it would make us sick if we ate it. The older gentleman was very upset we returned the food. We ate no more than 3 small bites just trying the food. The chicken was cardboard, the shrimp was all vegtables that were basically raw, the crab rangoon and egg rolls were horrible.
we wanted to be fair so we asked them to just charge us for the two soups that came with the deluxe meal because we had gotten those and they were fine. Our refund for the two deluxe meals was $28. The cost of the two soups was $16. Absolute rip off.
We got
1. deluxe meal: lemon chicken, fried shrimp and fried rice, crab rangoon
2. lemon chicken, moo goo gai pan, and chow mein, egg roll
3. Shrimp fried rice bowl
First time trying and looking forward to not going back
For a business that presents itself as a “family-owned establishment,” the way mistakes and customer concerns are handled does not reflect that standard. The food was unappetizing, and the customer service only added to the disappointment.
When I spoke with the manager regarding the issue, I was told that the food needed to be brought back in order to receive a refund. I had purchased the meal for my elderly parents, and they were unable to drive back to return it, as I was on the other side of town. The meat was sour and tasted as though it had gone bad, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, the quality of the food and the way the situation was handled has made it clear that we will not be coming back, definitely a shame
No flavor and all that oil which I first taught was a sauce.
Too expensive.
Ordered: Calamari, shrimp dinner special, chicken and ginger wontons. Dude in drivethru was beyond courteous. He needs to be given a raise. And teach classes on how to work a drive thru. He was legit that good. The food impressed! I smell it every day when I go to the dog park, finally decided to try it. Reasonable prices for the amount of food given and the service was outstanding. Kudos y’all! Ate my food before taking a photo of the shrimp plate.
