My family and I ate here for lunch and a nice lady at the counter named Shaniah(forgive me if I misspelled) took care of us. She is new working at Popeyes and I want to point out how she took the initiative to make sure we were taken care of. Some people when they start new on a job they may be timid or may not have a Can Do attitude but she did and I appreciated her kindness. Kindness isn’t recognized enough so I wanted it to be known that it wasn’t taken lightly. Will eat at this location again for good customer service and fresh food.

This time the chicken is good and fresh. I ordered uber eats and they gave me the nasty rice n beans , I will say I don’t like it however I ordered coleslaw. SMH

Arrived around 10 pm. Drive thru. The menu board was not illuminated. When I asked for them to turn it on they said pull up to the window. So I pulled up to the window and asked for some sort of menu to order from. They had nothing. So it being dark and no menu to refer too I asked of they had boneless chicken wings. No. Red beans and rice? No. They only had tenders and fries it seems. This was a waste of time so I didn’t order anything and left. This sort of thing is common on this road here, as the competition nearby is also similarly “talented” too. If you are hungry, drive to another town, don’t eat around here.

I was asked to come in to get my mobile order that I placed for drive thru. With an injured leg, that’s why I asked for drive thru. The heavy set male manager does not have the best attitude and has been this way for a while. The fries were old, and none of the food was hot. Always check your tenders before you leave because they basically passed off a nugget as one of my six tenders. I didn’t see this until I got home. See the picture.

The one star reviews don’t lie!! For starters my order was wrong,the lady at the window did not care about service. They kept forgetting things and they wanted me to leave.I really hope this place gets better. Please save your time and money and go to a different Popeyes.

First time trying their 8pc nugget combo with mac n cheese. Texture looks crunchy but it’s a soft crunch. The macaroni and cheese is delicious but unsure why I only got a scoop of it. Overall, the meal was delicious! I’ll definitely eat here again!

Went to the store today at around 1230pm and waited in line for 15 minutes with around 10 other customers and the (what looked like the manager) told us they aren’t serving people in the restaurant and told us to go through the drive thru. If I was the owner of this Popeyes and knew I had a manager pushing out paying customers from their business I would look for new employees asap and have immediate remedial training. This has to be the most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen.

Went here for a quick take out lunch and the line was fairly fast, but the fact that I was hungry and the shrimp basket was so dry, turned me off and I was not too pleased with that. Also, please try and give customers their payment method back before you hand the food out..most people are hungry and will be too busy checking their meal and may just pull off. Customer service was fine.

You got to be kidding me, I ask why my fries so low she said there may be some in the bottoms of the bag I showed her she said she don’t know what to tell me litterally handed me the bag I look and side and question how empty my larger fry was as if I just ate half the fry, the women in the window attitude was so stank and mouth so loud yelling orders while still tryna communicate with us, the food is fresh though
