I spent over $120 on food from Pizza Hut just to not get any I actually ask for. I received a thin crust with crust on it with barely any cause, the second one supposed to be a pan pepperoni and yet the pizza looked like it was cooked fully, the dough still soft and cold. Lastly I had a big dinner with the biggest dis’s appointment with it not being cooked all the way, tried reaching to the store multiple times just to be put on hold and hung up on me. Why spent so much money just for my kids had to go get other food cause no one could eat that. I need my refund back or for a manager to reach out to me. That’s not professional at all, we all could actually get sick from food being serve not fully cooked.

I placed order an online for carry out. . I drove all the way across town after placing the order to go pick it up and when i pulled up to the drive thru window the guy turned off the lights. When I didn’t pull off he finally came to the window. I asked about my order and why he was closing when the restaurant wasn’t supposed to close until 11pm. He said that he was the only one there all day & decided to close early. He was clearly not the only one there all day because another employee was standing outside waiting for his ride. If a restaurant is going to post hours stating that they are open until 11pm, then they should be open until 11pm. My order was confirmed & drove all the way across town wasting time & gas just to be told that he didn’t even make the order. No courtesy phone call telling me that he decided to close early. i was there before 11pm to pick up my food. I could have patronized any business but i chose Pizza hut & received the worst customer service ever!

I went to the drive through both young lady and man saw me they didn’t even acknowledge me to let me know if the drive through was close or not so I went on the inside and also they are not clean they were making people food without any gloves on there hands .. very much unsanitary. Never going there again . Poor customer service

Borderline quality pizzas. You can’t order a pizza with extra sauce and expect to get it. They let people who’s order is late just sit in the Drive-Thru and hold everybody else up. They should ask customers to pull over and park.

I called in my order, which was taken by a gentleman. When I got there, the young lady couldn’t find it in the system. But she was so sweet and put my order in. I was running late getting back to work, but it was worth it because that food was so hot and fresh.

It was in the latter hours of the night and 6 people were starving on the road to the nearest food joint. New to the area, they stuck with eating from a popular well known place: Pizza Hut! We drove to a Pizza Hut on Alice Drive and boy oh boy! That pizza was perfection! The cheese was heavenly laid upon the butter dough! My family and I regretted not ordering 3 of them! I could barely get a photo, my kids were shoving their way into the box.

Ordered bacon cheddar cheese sticks and received regular cheese sticks. Ordered a pizza with no onion and received one with a lot of onions. The food was not fresh and tasted dry. I tried calling them and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The first time I called, someone answered but did not say anything. Tried calling 3 times. Delivery driver was very kind though and great communication with her.

Sat in line for 20 mins to get an order that had been ready for 10 mins before I got there. Food was good but it’s just the fact I was waiting and the workers kept looking up at me while still laughing and joking around. Ordered a single pizza for delivery at 3pm and the estimate was a 30-35 min wait. Pizza was finished and according to their tracking it was going to be delivered at 3:30. At about 4pm I call to inquire about my pizza. I was told it was still in the warmer because they didn’t have a driver to deliver it at the time, so I told them to cancel my order. They asked if I wanted to come pick it up and i said no. I didn’t ask for carryout so I simply told then no again, go ahead and cancel it. At about 5pm I get a knock on my door and a pizza hut driver telling me my pizza is here. I handed him the pizza back and told him the order was canceled. He said they didn’t tell me that and he left and I shut the door. Never again pizza hut.
