Very nice Starbucks and decent size on the inside! I’ve never had an issue with my order, but have had problems with the staff. There is one lady that I would see frequently who was always passive aggressive in the drive thru window. Even when going inside the store, she always seemed to have an annoyed demeanor. I also had issues with this same employee multiple times when trying to use a mobile coupon. However, every other employee at this store is kind and I have never had a problem with anyone else! Overall, the quality at this store is consistent and the baristas seem well trained.

I always come here whenever I am staying at the Marriott across the street. Nice beverages and service. Sadly no seating indoors available due to COVID but it is generally a great clean place.

one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a starbucks. all of the employees were incredibly nice and when getting my drink i received a small cup of cold foam for free because there was extra left over. considering it was 6 in the morning i couldn’t have asked for a better start to my day

I just bought my house in Cheektowaga area and, this is the closest one to my house . I’m soo in love with this Starbucks. It looks like it was recently updated and it’s the most cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to. I love the employees their, friendliest Starbucks employees ever! Especially when you come in the morning you won’t have to worry about a long line in drive thru and if you chose to pick up your order inside. Every employee will welcome you and say “Good Morning” and ask how you’re doing. This was new to me, usually Starbucks is very busy in the morning and the employees don’t have time to say hi to everyone, but this location is just different!!!! I’m a Starbucks addict, so I’m definitely going to be hitting them up every morning! Lol

The team here is so lovely! I am in the area quite a bit work and they are one of one nicest teams I’ve ever met. Jasmine stands out! She is so sweet and wonderful. It’s hard to make one location of a corporate chain stand out, but Jasmine does!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location. I have been coming to this location multiple times a week for the past couple years. Everyone has been so nice and professional, the food and drinks are delicious. Even if I’m out and about and there’s a closer location I prefer to go to this one. The baristas, Jasmine, Alex, Cody, Patty, Desiree, and Cindy are my usuals and always make my day so much brighter and happier. There are others as well that are also so amazing, but I didn’t catch their names. Kudos to the manager and owner for hiring these amazing people!

We drove through and just asked for hot water in our Starbucks cup that we got water from earlier in Toronto. I have a sore throat and can’t drink cold water and only needed hot water, not even a cup or a top. The drive thru attendant said she couldn’t give us hot water, we needed to buy something to get it, and it was the new Starbucks policy. Come on Starbucks people, seriously, you can’t give water for free to your loyal customer??!

I love all the workers at this store. However there’s a new girl working today and she did not listen to my order and did not charge me for my oat milk in my mocha. I tried to confirm that it was oat milk as I cannot have dairy. I took a sip of it and could not taste mocha and it tasted way different than my normal drink I get every day. So I go back through the drive thru requesting my drink to be remade and this girl straight told me she made my drink right. I threw my drink out and left. I tried to find the managers number online with no luck so here’s my review. All the other workers at this store are fantastic except this girl that took my order at 6am today.
