I will be coming back to this location later to today to make a complaint. But I came here for my lunch break and paid 14.81 for a bowl with barely any food in my bowl. The picture will be down below. I will be asking for a re-make or refund but I did a pickup order and if this is how this location does pickup orders then shame on you. That is ridiculous and not okay.

I have been going to this chipotle for years. It has been my favorite restaurant since I was a boy. Over the past few years it has been on a noticeable decline. My once tightly wrapped burrito now falls apart with the slightest gust of air. Today, I opened my order from the iconic foil wrap to something not even Satan himself would eat. I have put up with a lot but this is too far. I’m considering going to q’doba instead of chipotle. A place I said I would only visit if hell froze over. And friends, it appears it has. I don’t know who over sees this restaurant but you have failed miserably. It’s time to hang up and go back to the shadows from whence you came. As retribution for this atrocity, I am expecting a free meal. Thank you and Good luck.

i paid $7 for extra protein and barely got any, also barely any sour cream and definitely not extra corn salsa, this is ridiculous, i paid $42 for my order to be wrong. everytime i’ve ordered delivery from this location it has been wrong, one time my bowl was 90% sour cream and quacamole.

We LOVE Chipotle!
However, this location was out of sour cream today. It’s amazing how much that makes a difference to the flavor and taste of food.
I really wish that I would’ve went to the Kenosha location.

However, it’s clear that the rise in online and third-party delivery orders is creating a challenging dynamic, especially when the location is understaffed.
This particular visit highlighted a stark contrast between the excellence of the food and the state of the dining area. The staff, while doing their best, seemed overwhelmed, juggling between the constant stream of digital orders and the needs of dine-in customers. It’s a situation many restaurants are grappling with, and it was evident that this imbalance affected the usual upkeep of the dining environment.
Despite the bustling behind-the-scenes, the culinary quality remained as reliable as ever, showcasing Chipotle’s unwavering dedication to their craft. It’s my hope that this feedback will be a constructive step towards finding a balance that ensures both the dine-in and digital order experiences live up to the high standards set by their food.

This store is the absolute worse. The manager needs to be fired and the store owner needs to investigate immediately. Ordered a burrito bowl with pinto and steak. Got black and pork. Cannot eat either. The guacamole was full of cilantro stems. I will never be back, but who ever was the manager (night) find another job. You are not meant to be in food service.

Used Chipotle for a catering order. Didn’t much like the fact I had to place 2 separate orders to get a “Burrito by the Box” & also 5 custom made burritos BUT we were all pleased with our food! Great tasting food, plenty of chips, and condiments to go around, and everyone was full. Had a couple of my team members say they couldn’t even finish their burritos because they were so big! Loved the packaging of the “Burritos by the Box” easy to carry & included all we needed. The burritos were sort of cold but to be honest they were still very delicious. The service received was so-so though. Order was ready upon arrival which was nice. But than when asking about rewards was told I could only do that if I paid in store….although I placed the whole order online which I thought was silly. But looking in the app I located that you could indeed do it afterwards, which I advised the lady at the counter, (guess she wasn’t aware). I also had to ask for assistance in getting the order to my car which I thought was a bit odd since the boxes had some weight to them, plus I had 2 of them and a bag for my custom burritos. But a nice gentleman did indeed help me get it to my car. Overall pleased with our experience and would consider Chipotle again for future ordering.
