We stopped by Copita last minute after a long drive into Maine, and they kindly accommodated us right away. The ambience was warm, cozy, and welcoming, the perfect setting to unwind after a long day on the road.

Patrick took excellent care of us, especially with the drinks. We tried the Mexican Cola and the Pearfect mocktail, both refreshing and beautifully crafted.

For appetizers, we had the Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly crisp, lightly caramelized, and full of flavor. For the main course, we ordered the special pappardelle pasta of the evening, a comforting bowl featuring apple, fig, and walnut tossed in a sweet-potato Dijon cream sauce and topped with lemon-sage breadcrumbs. They were happy to make it vegetarian for us, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious: hearty, creative, and packed with fall flavors. We also loved the stuffed vegan squash, which was wholesome and beautifully seasoned.

To end on a sweet note, we shared the dark chocolate mousse, which had just the right level of sweetness, perfectly balanced by a tangy cherry sauce, a delightful finish to a memorable meal.

From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful vegetarian options, everything at Copita was top-notch. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for cozy date-night vibes, great cocktails (and mocktails!), and delicious vegetarian-friendly dishes in the area.

Quaint, very clean and well run higher-end restaurant. The best dining in NE Harbor without question. Varying delicious entrees and appetizers, decadent desserts. Service is friendly and thorough. Patrick, Austin and Benjamin are outstanding…as are the other staffers who assist. I dined there five-six times this summer. I can’t wait to go back next year!!!

The food was great, I recommend the halibut! Except for the size of the lamb appetizer. There were three of us and the waiter said there would be three pieces, but then only two came out. This killed the mood for me, he should have offered to make this right.

This restaurant gave us one of our best meals in recent memory. The atmosphere was fantastic and the wait staff and bartender were great, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Cocktails were great and all of our dishes were fantastic (the halibut was so deliciously juicy). By the time we reached dessert we simply had to order all three options because we knew they were all ones we wouldn’t want to miss, and we were right! This place has definitely become a “must visit” for every return trip.

Delicious scallops, halibut and lobsters. The seafood was cooked to perfection, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality. Friendly service and nice ambient.

Outstanding…everything. The GM, Patrick was ON IT! We had 7 people in our party, all of us ordered something different and all had the same conclusion…delicious.

Copita was a 10/10 experience and probably one of the best meals I’ve had in recent memory. I arrived super early so had my pick of the seats at the bar and the staff were amazing. Super friendly and chatty and bartender was great at his craft making delicious mezcal cocktails. I had the artichoke app, focaccia bread with garlic oil (complementary) and the halibut with risotto for my entree. The halibut was the flaky salty lemony goodness that I’ve had nowhere else. The risotto was something I could never replicate even if I tried. And then the chocolate hazelnut mousse to top it all off was *chefs kiss*. This place is not to be missed. I’m bummed I’ve never been before now, but will certainly be back. Stop by if your visiting the area, you won’t be disappointed!

My first choice for handmade cocktails on this part of the island. The new mixologist (i know it’s pretentious, but hear me out) is engaging and v knowledgeable on liquor and wines. You will not regret sitting at the bar (or ordering the caviar…).

We were looking for a nice place for dinner away from all tourists and found this little gem.
Very warm and homey atmosphere. Service was very friendly and professional.
Food was outstanding! The gnocchi with wild mushrooms… amazing! Roasted sunchokes and Brussels sprouts with the maple and mustard glaze…. Ridiculous! My son has his ribeye med well (the chef probably died a little having to prepare it this way) was perfect. My butter poached lobster done to perfection as well.
The mango with mango sorbet, coconut foam and roasted coconut on top was the perfect ending.
Very well done guys! My family had a perfect meal before heading back home tomorrow.

Alex is delightful – and she recommended my new favorite wine! Great timing on courses. Lovely music and perfect gem in Northeast. Good place to dine solo or bring your date(s)!
