MOD pizza is a standard and the food is alright as always. Service was good, slow but expected on a Sunday evening.
I do really enjoy the customization at MOD and I think it’s one of the best selling points of its design.

Absolutely Catastrophic Experience at MOD Pizza
I’ve eaten at MOD locations all over the country and have generally had decent experiences, but this particular visit (November 2025) was hands-down the worst fast-casual dining experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered 3 simple custom 11-inch pizzas, What came out of the oven was literally charcoal-black on more than half the pie. The crust was blackened to the point of being bitter and crunchy in the worst way possible, the cheese was dark brown and leathery, and the edges looked like they’d been rescued from a campfire.
When I politely pointed out to the employee who made it that the pizza was badly burnt and probably shouldn’t be served, his exact response was, “Nah, it looks just fine to me,” and she slid it across the counter like nothing was wrong. No apology, no offer to remake it, no manager involvement, just pure indifference and defensiveness.
I ended up paying $53+ for something completely inedible and got attitude for daring to complain about it. The complete lack of accountability was shocking, especially from a chain that markets itself as “fast, fresh, and customizable.”
Burnt food happens, I get it. But doubling down and insisting a charred pizza “looks just fine” while refusing to fix it? That’s not a training issue, that’s a culture issue. Until this location gets new management and staff who actually care, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, even a frozen grocery store pizza would be a massive upgrade over this disaster.
Never coming back to this MOD. One star is honestly generous.

This pizza place has a set-up for make your own pizza including crust options, cheese options, and topping choices. I ate a gluten free pizza with extra sauce, vegan cheese, ham, pineapple, and onion. I have celiac and cannot eat dairy, so this pizza was pretty good considering that. The gluten free crust burns easily and isn’t consistent on how you receive it because it depends on who is working. The vegan cheese is sticky but very creamy and has a unique flavor of mushrooms. For a regular pizza it’s good but not great – it’s similar to other places in the area. The restaurant stands out by not charging for each topping and having a set price for it. I’ll be returning for sure since they have options – but there’s room for improvement!

Never disappoints the place. MOD is one of the frequent place I go to. Being a vegetarian, there are plenty of options in toppings and sauce. The only concern is , you have to know what you select as your topping and how it may taste, because the toppings are not ordinary ones . In simple words, you have to select your best combination of toppings and sauce. Till you find your best option, you have to keep on trying some combinations . But, with no doubt you’ll enjoy all of your Pizza.

My daughter ordered a MOD pizza and mini MOD pizza for lunch. They were both disappointing. Burnt crust. Who serves burnt crust pizza? The dough looked like pita dough and the toppings were just in the middle. They were not good. For $30.92, it definitely wasn’t worth getting pizza from this place.

Party of two for lunch on a Tuesday. No waiting to order. I had the Tristan and she had the Jasper. We ate in the dining room which was clean. Bathroom was spotless but only had a electric blower hand dryer. I didn’t like that no paper towels were offered cuz then you have to touch the door handle to exit. I took 4 napkins from the table and washed up again. Delicious pizza. Friendly staff, they double checked my order. I asked for water and to my delight, they have soda water in the machine. I will be back.

It’s a cool pizza place.. you can custom your pizza you like .. we did try two pizza and it was great .. will visit back for quick fresh pizza..

Went for late evening diner. Staff was ambivalent. The pizza dough was just hanging on a rack on the wall, exposed to who knows what. Our server was cross contaminating ingredients with his gloves. The floor in the work area looked like they had had a food fight, and then a dozen people walked on it to mash it into pulp.
We we rung up, and we stood at the counter. We were asked by anotber staff member if we needed sonething, and i said yes, the cups for the fountain drinks.
We order (2) pizzas, (2) salads and drinks.
When the salads were available for pickup, I went to the counter to get forks, but there was only (1) silverware pack. I went to the counter and asked for another, but they were all out….
The HVAC was blasting cold air and the staff was slamming things around while trying to clean up (2 hours before they closed).
My meat lovers pizza was so salty and dry, I couldn’t finish it. The salads look like they had been made up the day before….
