Terrible service! Food is great but customer service could use some training. Pulled up to the drive thru and no answer. Waited for about 5 minutes after calling out “Hello” and no answer. Pulled up to the window and no help either after two employees made eye contact with me. This should have been my sign to leave. I parked and walked towards the counter while no one greeted me and cashier karla rolled her eyes while taking my order. I could understand if they were busy but there was no customer other than myself. It was also 9:26pm.

Personally I tried to nutella coconut and it was to die for. I can’t wait to come back and try other flavors. They make your orders super fast and they also have crepes and other foods here if you’re hungry. They even have a drive-thru if you just want to pick something up super quick.
I would highly recommend this boba spot to all boba lovers both local and visiting!

Very friendly and professional atmosphere. We ordered the #4 and fresas con crema. The Romeo&Juliet was perfect. Drinks were great! Everything was delicious! They were military friendly which we very much appreciate! Anna provided great customer service for our visit. My husband is in the military and we came down to visit family but we can’t wait to stop by again in the near future

This place is really good. My family loves coming here in person and using the drive thru. Sometimes the drive thru is slow but they make everything fresh which I understand. I recommend it.

Ok so I went here because the place I go to was close and i walked in the place its honestly pretty but the boba wasn’t I ordered the banana strawberry with boba and my brother ordered the peanut butter with Nutella and there was only one person Running this and the boba tasted so bad like the pearls were so bland I gagged they don’t have the brown sugar the tapioca has she probably just boiled it and plopped it in the drink not only that the drink was bad to it tasted like rotten-ish and the peanut butter one with Nutella tasted like straight up peanut butter with water it was honestly a waste of money 0/10 never again worst place EVER .

The service is horrible! Their drive thru speaker is out of order so we waited for 25 minutes behind another customer to have our order taken. The customer before us waited forever just to get their drink and then we were told that it was already closed. According to the young lady that opened the window, they had 15 people inside which was a lie. I will not be returning to this place. They are making boba and crepes not dinner. It should not take them that long. Their customer service is horrendous. I give it 0 stars!

Food is great but the service is pretty bad. Tried calling ahead and no answer, second time even went straight to voicemail after a ring. Then went through the drive in and got asked my order through speaker, said my order then got put on hold. After a couple of minutes the employee was back and asked my order again, said my order again and the employee ignored it and asked me to move forward to the pickup window to take my order there. Why? What’s the point? Call ahead, no answer. Drive in window, no order. Terrible service.
