Stop in to grab something for lunch to go service was awesome but that is the only thing that turned out to be good. I got The Porky. Which is supposed to be barbecue pulled pork pickles and barbecue sauce. And all the years of consuming pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. There is one thing I never had seen before and that is so much grease that it soaked through the bun and puddled in the to go tray. But not only that, all you taste when you bite into it is grease and liquid smoke. The liquid smoke is so overpowering. You don’t taste the pickle you don’t taste the barbecue sauce. You just have a greasy feeling left in your mouth that is disgusting. So I took one bite it’s not for me. I tried to give it to a pitbull and he wouldn’t even touch it. Literally a dog that will eat anything pretty much. And for what you pay for that it should not be something that looks like it was cooked in a crock-Pot and never drained off. Been done with liquid smoke on top of it. It’s what it looks and tastes like. It’s a waste of $13 I don’t know if that’s typically how it supposed to be or if I just got some screwed up cooked not knowing what they’re doing.

Always try the burger first. If they can’t do that right why bother? 931 Bistro delivers!!! Cherry Wood smoked and full of flavor. Good size and the toppings are spot on. Will most definitely have to come back to try other things – including what looks like a fabulous breakfast . Atmosphere is southern and comfortable with great service.

The breakfast at Bistro 931 is absolutely wonderful. The menu isn’t overwhelming, but it’s packed with enough variety that I still had a hard time choosing — always a good sign. They also have a full coffee bar, which is a huge bonus for anyone who loves a great cup to start the day.
If you go, do yourself a favor and try the hamburger steak. It is out‑of‑this‑world delicious. Prices are very reasonable too, which is such a welcome surprise in today’s economy.
What really sets Bistro 931 apart is the people. The owners and employees are genuinely welcoming, and the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left.

Absolutely amazing food and service. I had been told to visit here and eat and I was not disappointed. I got the rib plate with fries. ($16) The ribs were perfectly cooked and seasoned to where you didn’t even need any bbq sauce on them!! The head chef came out and visited with all of us that were eating which is a very nice touch. They had excellent service and atmosphere. The food only took around 5-10 minutes to be served once it was ordered which is unheard of!!! The prices are very reasonable compared to similar restaurants in the area

This is the cutest little restaurant! It feels very welcoming and warm. We stopped by for coffee and WOW! The staff was amazing and so helpful, and the coffee was soooo delicious! My daughter got a white chocolate raspberry latte, and I tried the tiramisu specialty coffee. Both were very delicious! We will definitely be back for more coffee and to eat next time!

The 931 Bistro is new to town, but offers a cozy and chic dining experience! The owners do everything in their power to make you feel right at home. They are very kind and courteous and genuinely presented one of the best dining experiences I ever had.
I ordered a reuben sandwich with banana pudding – their special for the day – and can only sing praises for it. Additionally, the bistro offers speciality coffees and a few comfortable seating areas for simply lounging about or chatting. In my opinion, it would be the perfect place to grab a coffee, kick back with a book, and enjoy the atmosphere.
All in all, I absolutely recommend anyone to go here if in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and a lovely atmosphere too. Our entire party loved it. I had the VooDoo chicken sandwich and savored every bite (especially the VooDoo sauce)! We even had the support of a picky eater in our crew! Can’t wait to go back next time we are in town.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! Everything we had was phenomenal. What a blessing to the Loretto community. We had the hamburger steaks, fries, green beans, carrots, potatoes, and brownie. It was all extremely wonderful. The owner Robert is a sweetheart who has fantastic customer service skills and a great business. Prices are excellent, quality is top notch, and the restaurant / restrooms are very clean. Cant wait to come back!

I only got a hot ham sandwich and the white chocolate banana pudding but both were wonderful. I’ve always been a plain cheeseburger type girl but the hot ham sandwich made me want to try it it with every topping, it was piping hot and presented beautifully. The ham was soft without being chewy, and moist but not wet, the bread was slightly toast preventing a good ratio of softness and crunch, the Swiss chess melted on paired nicely, seasoned without being overwhelming. Overall the hot ham sandwich was an elegant harmony of favors. The white chocolate banana pudding was perfect for a hot day. It not only adverted my expectations, it surpassed them. I was expecting a banana pudding with white chocolate chips or a coating of white chocolate, I was never expecting two puddings layered together. By themselves the white chocolate pudding was like a soft cloud in my mouth, with a clear cocoa taste, and a lack of artificial flavor. While the banana pudding was refreshing, sweet but not too sweet, with bursts of banana flavor, a creamy delight. Overall the puddings pair best together, complimenting each other beautifully.
