Another excellent showing for $Delvin. This guy needs a raise. This was me and my partners second time eating here and I didn’t think it could better. But $Delvin did it again. His cheeky wit and great interpersonal skills have improved my already great view of this establishment.

Delvin. More specifically $Delvin. Was a phenomenal guy. Though he was not our server he was the best part of my night. Shortly after dinner, I broke up with my girlfriend of 2 years because Delvin treated me better than she ever could. For these reasons I WILL be coming back .

Had a lovely time at dinner with my family. Food was delicious, space was clean and the service was attentive and kind. Our waiter Deacon was amazing! Never left us unattended, made sure our table was free of used dishes and frequently asked if we were fine. Honestly the service was top notch and made our experience all the more delightful. The harami skirt never disappoints, as the spicy tuna, calamari, shrimp and mushroom ajillo, spicy cucumber salad and even the asparagus was delish! Thank you Deacon! Can’t forget Nicole too! Thank you for taking a pic of our family 🙂

I had an amazing birthday dinner at Gyu-Kaku, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our waitress, Chelsea. From start to finish, she took excellent care of us — attentive without being overbearing, friendly with great energy, and just overall a pleasure to have at our table.
The service was smooth, the ambiance was great, and Chelsea really added to the experience with her good vibes. The highlight was when she surprised me with ice cream and a candle for my birthday — and she did me the biggest favor by not doing the awkward birthday song. She kept it classy, simple, and thoughtful, exactly how I wanted it.
Chelsea made the night even better. Thank you for making my birthday special!

Our first time dining in at this location. We have been to the ones in Times Sq and East Village a few times. Food was good. We came during happy hour which was a good deal. Our server was nice but kept forgetting about our requests although I have reminded him and he didn’t refill our water the entire time we were there. It’s not the same service quality as the other locations.

Went here for restaurant week with friends and we did the $30 lunch special. Place was calm and not crowded when we went around 2pm. I love KBBQ so I was excited to try this place. I had set B and the Japanese chicken karaage was very tasty! Would definitely go here again

I like the experience in these restaurants “Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ”.. I have been to different locations of the same restaurant in the city and I really enjoyed my stay, the food was incredible.. the attention was of the same level, always very attentive and with a smile. I’m always happy to come back.
