Fresh hot cheese burger. Got better when I got to the middle of it. Made it a combo with fries and a drink. I received plenty of fries with the small size. Bill was $19.91. I planned on spending closer to $17 but was pleased with what I received. Customer service was great. The crew seemed like a family. A well organized crew. They didn’t skip a beat.

Haven’t visited this location in a while. The last few times over the past few years wasn’t what i expected and made me not return to this location. Honestly, I just randomly stopped in as I was in the area and was hopeful. When I got my food, it was what I remember five guys used to be, the flavor and quality I expected, and they made me a happy returning customer. I’m not sure if there is new management, new training, new staff. Either way, they provided good customer service and a great burger.

We’ve come to this 5Guys for years but something has happened recently that has dropped their service. They short you on fries. Twice, I’ve ordered food from them and both times- they messed up the order. Ordered a peanut butter shake and they gave me a strawberry. Ordered a grilled cheese for my mom and they gave her a beef patty. It’s like they don’t care or worse, can’t read. The floors are sticky, the counters aren’t clean. Will be going to the 5Guys in Media from now on.

Sasha the manager was extremely rude I came in the store to ask where the napkins were and she replied very nasty saying “they’re over there” pointing me to the end of the register her customer service was terrible for her to be a manager and she should be FIRED!
