Staff is wonderful besides the one cook at fry station. Food not good. After we got to bottom of the chow mein at the bottom of our tray we found a bunch of oil. Now me and my family our at home afterwards sick to our stomachs. The cook needs to be more focused on cooking then chatting up and goofing around.

José Olivares is phenomenal at running this location – he’s understanding and communicative in how he has empathy. There was a minor issue but he not only explained the reasoning but also made it 10x with his response and resolution. I hope he gets recognized for his actions and his response time

Will completely ignore customers standing right in front of them waitingto order. Stood there for 10 minutes being ignored and finally walked out after they served all the hot food available to the people in the drive thru. Won’t bother wasting my time visiting again with such rude staff.

It was dinner time, but we were having dinner in. Few customers are taking out and picking up orders. I saw a staff member sweeping the floor, and I saw my 4-year-old make a mess with a big chunk of a fortune cookie. I was looking at the staff if she would say excuse me, but she was looking down, eager to get the big chunk as she stood at a distance, while extending her broom to get the big chunk of cookie. I understand the importance of cleanliness in food establishments. But I hope she is bold enough to say ‘excuse me’ or ‘wait’ before we finish eating, before cleaning our area.

I went thru the drive thru and had Breanna. She was terrible, and messed up my order several times, there was nobody in line in front of me and it took forever. Thought I had everything corrected, drove home and there’s items I paid for, that are completely missing. Called the store right away and spoke to Alyssa and she refused to refund me, didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Find better workers.

What can I say about my favorite restaurant! Today my mom treated me to lunch, and she knew without asking exactly where I wanted to go! Panda!
I had my favs: Honey Walnut Shrimp, Honey Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, and my mom and I split an order of egg rolls.
I realize that Panda is considered fast food, but I don’t consider it with the typical negative connotation that people think of fast food.
I usually limit myself to having Panda no more than once a week otherwise I would be eating Panda all the time! Hahaha

I arrived at Panda Express at 9:55pm to have a sit-down meal and wash my hands after a long day at work, only to be informed that the dine-in area was closed early, despite the posted hours. It was disappointing to see that the employees were not accommodating, especially considering the number of staff present. I believe if they want to close early, they should update the hours displayed on the door and window. I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned leaving a negative review online, which seemed to have no effect on their decision. I will make sure to share my experience on various online platforms. This location is usually busy, and with Walmart nearby closing at 11pm, there should have been enough customers to keep the dine-in area open until the specified time.

First I have to ask what’s going on with panda? I eat here a lot and I really like the food but it’s going downhill fast. This main street location in hesperia by walmart, has always been the worst. Today seven p m, even the one on bear valley is pretty bad. The egg rolls in the case were burnt.
