On 12-16 I came in for breakfast. Never been here and I didnt want to go off the reviews I needed to form my own opinion. The two ladies working absolutely kind as can be. Helpful suggestions that I liked. I got the iced mocha mocha and a sausage egg and cheese on an asiago bragel.
If I ever visit this state again id come back here.

This location used to be good.I’ve noticed they’ve gone through many staff changes and they are horrible now. Service is always so slow. It takes minimum 15 minutes to get my drinks after I order. I try to avoid this store and go to the Lake Michigan/covell location due to the lack of quick service here and haven’t been here in a few months. Today I decided to give them another try and I regret it. I ordered an iced latte in the drive thru. When I was handed my order they had made the drink hot, no big deal she probably misheard me. The issues arose when I asked to please get it iced as that’s what I originally ordered. The lady working decided to pour the hot drink over ice and not remake my drink. Which resulted in my drink being watered down and still hot. This experience has caused me to never want to visit this location ever again and I recommend others reading this to avoid this location also, the one I mentioned above is about 10 minutes away and a gives a way better experience

My most recent experience here far surpassed that of any other location I’ve been to in the area as of late. Immediately upon entering their establishment I was welcomed warmly by two friendly faces. Admittedly, it’s been quite some time since I have been to one of the brand’s locations. However, the young lady who was tasked with taking my order was more than happy to talk me through the drink selections. Once I had my drink in hand I discovered it had been prepared both swiftly and skillfully. The other locations have a great deal to learn from this store.

I called a week ahead and ordered 100oz hot chocolate x3 different flavors for catering/ event. They were not ready on time and when they were ready they were each less than half full. There was less than 48 oz in each.

The Caramel Marvel is bad at this location! The worst ever! No caramel taste at all! Warning ! Lots of coffee grounds in the drink! I’m actually shocked that the owner of location did not respond back! This is highly unlike Biggby! So I deleted one service star because of this.

I was unfortunate enough to have gone through the drive-through not too long ago and after ordering I pulled up to the window. As I did this I heard a weird sound and a light began flashing on the dashboard. Turns out it was a low tire pressure warning. I immediately pulled forward and parked in front of the building and got out to examine my tires. I couldn’t believe the huge chunk of metal that was lodged into my tire, causing it to rapidly deflate. Having never experienced anything like this before I ended up going into the store to explain what happened. The two young employees there are very apologetic (which it’s clearly not their responsibility nor do I feel they were to blame of course). I was hoping the store manager might be at the very least concerned that there was potentially more debris that some other unfortunate person would ruin the tire on, but they were really dismissive. The girl working did offer me anything I wanted for free while waiting for the vehicle to get the spare put on. If it weren’t for the nice girl working I wouldn’t have returned to this location but I did and unfortunately the self- proclaimed manager (don’t know if that’s even true honestly) was very rude about not accepting a $50 bill accusing me of possibly somehow trying to scam them? It was really frustrating having to wait over 20 minutes for a single drink then have my time wasted because there’s no sign anywhere notifying customers they must have bills no larger than $20 if paying cash.

Worst biggby experience. We were one of two people in the store. We stood at the register WAY too long before someone came over to take our order. Once we did order it took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. Not to mention we were some of the only people in there and the person who ordered after us got her drinks first. Will not be going back.

I’ve been to this location maybe 5 times now, & never have been served once! I’ve waitied 10 to 20 mins each time before I finally take off! There’s always a line and while I’m there not one car moves. Insane, You need new workers!

The store was busy on Monday evening, 2.26.24. I ordered 2 mango blood orange creme freezes. I’ve experienced a few times in other stores where the ice had not been completely crushed but this was absolutely nothing short of juice over ice cubes. The chunks of ice were large and even the small pieces were too large to go up the straw.
While that was disappointing in itself, it was even more disappointing that the person making them had to see the chunks when pouring/spooning it into the cup. The chunks on the plate in the photo are what remained a full 30 minutes after my purchase.
