I ordered a Sweet Tea and received unsweetened. I was ok and understand mistakes. But once I opened my burger I got very upset. I ordered a Baconator and this is what I received. No crackers for my chili and no spoon. This is ridiculous, I don’t need an apology or anything of the sorts I just want it to be known that there needs to be more oversight on the product being pushed out.

TO MANAGEMENT: Set your DoorDash account up properly in the merchant dashboard! You need to inform DoorDash that your address is located on a military base. Those who do not have base access cannot pick up nor can a delivery driver pick up orders from this location. Fix it so people can get their food on time!

Food is fine and servers are nice but by GOD, this has got to be the SLOWEST wendys in the city…..I just dont understand. The servers never move with a sense of urgency and u will wait at the drive thru for about 10 minutes parked in front of the speaker “waiting” until someone actually takes ur order. Its like they take the orders one by one and u font get to order and they dont make ur food until the person in front of u has ordered and recieved theirs. Lejeune has a longer line and yet I STILL get my food faster there smh

Place is good for quick $5 biggy bags and for fast food. Enjoy more than McDonald’s but nothing good happens here after like 8p, sketchy. But otherwise food is fine.

I don’t profess to be a Wendy’s person in general, but this place just isn’t good. Visited 3 or 4 times over the last 10 months and haven’t had a good experience yet. Food seems below Wendy’s standards, dining room is at least somewhat dirty, order mistakes…I could go on. They will thrive due to limited options on Mcas new river but I won’t go again.

I placed a mobile order 30 minutes in advance for 2 sandwiches and a drink. I was on my way into work and didn’t have much time to wait, hence the mobile order. When I arrived, the place was pretty empty, only a couple vehicles in the drive through. My order was not on the pick-up rack and no employees were at the front counter. After a short wait, a worker walked up from the back and I asked about my mobile order, and this is when I learned they hadn’t even started making it. The employee took her sweet time putting it together. When you’re running late for work, it’s things like this that make you regret doing business with this company.
If you’re short on time, do not order from this place. They take forever to do simple tasks, and they don’t seem to care.

So basically I was told frosty machine ain’t working. Easy. Then as I’m paying and waiting for my food 2 guys walk out with freshly made frostys. Why chesty why?
