I tried the crispy wings, Korean bbq wings, ramen and kimchi fried rice and all had cheap ingredients in common.
The price simply does not match the quality of the food, the service, or the atmosphere.
It’s tough to find a Korean restaurant that doesn’t have good food, but this place would be it.
And hearing 1980’s and 90’s hiphop took this dining experience to a new level.
Let’s not forget about desert… matcha bun was soooo good! Loved it!
The owners are a sweet Korean family (Peter, Angie, Annie and another older gentleman – perhaps Mr. G himself?) who were a joy to meet. They were so excited and gracious to serve a customer at closing time. The restaurant is very spacious with ample seating and the parking lot is huge.
I look forward to returning on Wednesday for their Spaghetti & Meatball special, kimbap and of course more chicken wing flavors (Yuzu).
What a blessing to have delicious fast casual korean food in Signal Hill!
I drive by this place almost every day and I finally decided to come in and check it out. Boy. Have I been missing out.
This is a small family Korean own business. They have a great selection of food, both Korean and American dishes.
I loved their food so much, I actually ate there three days in a row to really try out a plethora of food options.
Day 1: honey soy garlic chicken, lemon pepper chicken, and kimbap. Delicious.
Day 2: Korean sweet and sour chicken, honey soy garlic chicken, kimbap. (Was checking for cooking consistency, delicious)
Day 3: tteokbokki, beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, kimbap. Delicious.
The fried chicken is definitely my favorite part. Flavors are on point, good price point, and crispy and lots of meat on the bones. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
The customer service is great. I met Peter, who is the mastermind behind the wing flavors and he’s super nice.
Super excited to have good Korean fried chicken in LB and not have to travel to Buena Park or Fullerton anymore.
It’s a family owned place and you can tell they put a lot of love into their food! Support this family owned business and in return you’ll fall in love w the best Korean fried chicken you ever had <3
Tried the bulgogi gimbap and topokki too
The gimbap had a good balance of vegetables and bulgogi, making it both healthy and delicious. The topokki tasted just like the one I had in Korea when I was young!!!! super chewy rice cake, the sauce is not too spicy and has a perfect amount of sweetness.
I can’t wait to come back and try their different menu!! So happy to see Korean restaurant in Long Beach
