i had a delivery.. for their EXTREME prices. they gave me a very small portion. i ordered a regular and they basically put the noodles in from a small into a regular bowl. i love their food don’t get me wrong, but the fact you can’t keep up with a regular portion size is disappointing.. counted the noodles as i was eating, there was only about 20 separate noodles in there. thankfully i had a separate order, size small, before eating the noodles i poured it into the small bowl and it filled it perfectly. do better

I recently ordered a salad from Noodles and Company and was quite disappointed. The salad arrived with old, yellow, and wilted greens, making it unappetizing. Additionally, for $15, the portion size did not meet my expectations. I’ve enjoyed your other dishes, so this experience was a letdown. I hope you can improve the quality in the future!

This place is delicious and the food is pretty quick being prepared. I always get the BBQ Macaroni bowl with crunchy onions and green onions the food never leaves you disappointed portions are usually save some for later. You will not be leaving hungry.

I normally love the food here, But the prices are extreme for their small portions. I got buttered tortellini and it was 12.50 for 8 freaking noodles! ONLY 8! Safe to say, not overpaying for pasta again. Coulda made myself an entire bag for less than that. Ridiculous

Okay I never write reviews but I am going out of my way to say that this is, hands down, the best noodles location. I am someone who frequently craves noodles & co ( ) and have been disappointed by the 2 locations near my home lately. But this location is ALWAYS on point. Always hot. Always enough sauce and veggies. Always tastes freshly made, no matter what time of day. Rice Krispies are always gooey and not dried out and hard. Other locations need to take notes. Give all the staff raises.

there was a small issue with my order that was quickly realized, upon receiving a phone call I was told that my order would be covered and it was handled very professionally! as a business owner myself I always appreciate outstanding customer service and Kizzie was nothing but pleasant, she turned a downfall into a positive experience and should be recognized for that thanks again

Been there a dozen times. They’re pretty good with everything but I just had a dispute with one of the meals. The general manager handled the complaint with complete professionalism. Super happy that there’s not only a Noodles & company in Lockport, but they also know how to treat a customer with respect when two parties don’t see eye to eye on something. (Long story short I believed the chicken to be undercooked, she told me no it’s fine but will replace it.)
