I only went in there to use a $10 gift card because today was the last day. Had the most pleasant person taking my order, James; personable, funny, and knew the menu. I only ordered a bakers dozen bagels and told him he could put the assortment together and my family was excited with the assortment! Thank you, James- you are the hero of my household today!

Tried the new chicken Roma Asiago bagel sandwich and it is seriously lacking for the price. Since panera changed their menu items about a year ago the portions keep going down while the prices keep going up. This sandwich is advertised as $7.99 which is a total rip off, I would say it’s not even worth $5 and with door dash prices I paid over $10 for it! Also would like to add that I tried the new cranberry chicken salad sandwich recently too and that is just awful, bring back the napa almond chicken salad sandwich. I’ve noticed since all these changes were made the bread which comically enough being named panera BREAD they are always out of keeps getting thicker and thicker while the meat and toppings has gone way down. And per usual if something is wrong with your order don’t bother calling to tell panera about it I’ve learned they never make anything right. Tonight I was between panera and Ilio Dipaolo’s. I should have gone with the latter and had 3 meals from one item for the same price.

Just rating the new beef chili (really 1 star). In a cup, I found no meat, 3 or 4 beans, tons and tons of cumin in a thick red sauce. No depth, heat, or balance… just cumin. Got my money back. What do I do with this cup of cumin paste in my fridge? Can I doctor it up by adding all the other components of chili that should have gone into it? (I don’t think this is fixable even as an ingredient.)

Wish they still baked their items in house. Bread display was ugly and uninviting to purchase. The changes they have made make it look like they are going out of business. This is why only 3 stars. You’ll never get more stars from me, until you improve what you did to the place.

I have had great experiences here with friendly staff and great food. However, today I did a rapid pick up for a green Greek goddess salad and the avocado was black. Mind you I was on lunch break and was starving so I picked off the avocado and took a bite of the egg that was rotten tasting. I feel like puking now 30 minutes later.

I stopped at the McKinley location and ordered food about 8:15 pm; they are open until 9:00 pm. This was after my son’s school event and I hadn’t eaten since noon. Ordered a chicken frontega sandwich and it had no chicken on it! However, I did call and spoke with the manager and he did give me a full refund.

Panera has been and still is on my rich of things that rich people do. I paid $17 for a basic salad and unsweetened tea. Among this list of rich people things is Wegmans, cable TV, and owning a boat. Ordering from Panera. It is a pretty costly basic salad.
