The food is always fresh and hot.I just don’t understand why I have to pull up to a parking space and wait every visit. It doesn’t matter what I order or when I go. This is so inconvenient, I guess it’s best to go when you’re not in a rush.

I Ordered 2 hotdogs and 2 orders of fries at the drive thru speaker. The total was $12.80, I was the only customer in the drive thru and there were no customers inside. I paid with a $20 and received $6.20 in change so therefore the correct change was not given. I pulled forward and sat in my vehicle for over 10 minutes and no one brought me my food. So I went inside and asked for my money back and the guy working walked to the back and then put my food in a bag and handed it to me without saying anything. I got home and inside the bag were 2 hotdogs and 1 order of fries. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. Extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Ordered the chicken tenders because they always look so good when I’m in there getting breakfast and they are taking them up. But today the tenders obviously had been sitting for a while. They were dried out with lots of batter. Nothing compared to zaxbys. First and last time ordering chicken tenders from here. Go to zaxby if you want good chicken!

I had a very bad experience at this location awhile ago but stopped in today and the manger Tee is amazing I had a very pleasant experience. food was hot and correct her customer service was the best service I have had at any restaurant.

I recently went to Hardee’s to eat, now usually the experience is very good and food is very warm, the wait time is not too short but not too long, just right for the food to be warm, although today was not what I expected at all, we order at 8:22 and it took till 8:50 to get our food, on top of that the food was cold, not satisfied with tonight’s experience. If you come here to eat, definitely avoid coming at night. They’re was no team coordination, and orders were not in order.

Customer service is not 3 Team members making their childish smirks when I come in stating “I just need the bbq sauce I requested at the drive thru speaker, please”
Management is not witnessing this interaction from the corner and asking how I’m doing after this and replying “that’s good!” When I say “could be better”
This is leadership failure.

Frisco Burger combo-Horrible service.All 3 cars in the drive thru were told to pull to a parking space.Waited 14 for our food to be brought to us in the parking lot.The older man in the truck beside me said his order was wrong but took it anyway then sped off.No ketchup with my fries.(I asked for 2)Low amount of fries.Flat sprite after being told it wouldn’t be & being told tea wasn’t an option. Ordered a smoke sausage and egg sandwich on a bun with mayo and the young lady rung it up right but the young boy making the sandwich didn’t put mayo on it, so I took it back only for him to be funny by putting a dab on it! He needs to be restrained and know that customer service is important!

The food is great but I’ve never once received my food at the window when I go through the drive thru. Every car is parked usually for upwards of 5 or sometimes 10 minutes.
